Canadian Tire

My family was looking for a table tennis table. This was the second Canadian Tires store we shopped earlier today. We failed to find one because the staff at first store didn't care too much about what we want. At this store the sport items manager Howard was really helpful. He helped us find the right table and also gave us a really good deal. He even gave us some nice tips about how to deal with delivery. Overall it was a great experience.

This is one of the worst Canadian tires I’ve been to and I like Canadian tire. But the aisles in this place so narrow and it’s completely over filled with product. Most of the stuff is locked up behind bars which I’m guessing they have a huge problem with people Stealing in this place. I will say you will pretty much find anything you’re looking for in this place and might just take you some time to find it.

I spent $600 to fix my oil leak for 5 years Hyundai fe in Oshawa Canadian tire when I traveled there last year. After 2 days, there was still little oil leak. Then I went to another Canadian tire in yonge & steel which is closer to my home. Firstly they asked me to back to Oshawa but I tried to argue they are chain store. Then the lady boss said she said she will do me a favor but asked me to extra $80 to clean engineer, otherwise they cannot see clearly why there was leak. OK. I paid. After two hours, they said I have to pay another $2500 to fix all oil leak. Finally I gave up repair and went to Hyundai dealership for sale. Surprisingly they checked the car and bought it as $9000. Obviously Hyundai is more professional about their own car. I was cheat twice by two Canadian Tire shop.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! We brought our 1992 Buick Le sabre here in mint condition.. Got our car back with HUGE scratch on the roof. Completely ruined our classic car. Not to mention, took it in with NO check engine light on and now it has 5 different sensors going off. DO NOT GO HERE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. LARRY (MECHANIC) NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. AUTOMOTIVE SUPERVISOR ALSO NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. we spent $2,204 here for the worst service. Mechanics keep running their mouths trying to provoke my husband. THEY WENT IN MY TRUNK WITHOUT NEEDING TOO. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING THAT THEY HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS! DO NOT GO HERE.

Worst service here ever. Won't detail the long drawn out BS I endured with their customer service. The boy there treated me with no respect, tried to deceive me and treated me like he was CEO of the entire CORP and could do what he likes. It's pathetic. Also all the employees are wandering around, mostly useless and not wanting to help any customers. I think the management here sucks big time.
