Purchased a product and arranged it for delivery. I found almost the same product on Home Depot website with free delivery on the next day. I called in to see if I can cancel the item. Even though the product was in route for delivery, the customer service was able to cancel the item and provided the refund immediately. She was very helpful and prompt. Really appreciate it

This place has the worst customer service ever don’t even bother asking for manager. I asked several times to speak to a manager and he never ended up coming down to talk to me they just talk to him over the phone. In the end I wasted over an hour and a half of my time and then they finally agreed that they made a mistake. I highly recommend you visiting another Home Depot as it is a great store but this location is terrible.

A Home Depot staff patiently explained to me which light fixture can use LED fluorescent light tube, and the difference between T12 and T8. Nice! I was looking for 3000K, but Home Depot just carries 4000K (a bit less warm) LED light tubes.

This Home Depot is convenient for me, but don’t be there for specialty stuff! They have a great selection of common items (2x4’s, screws, weatherstripping), but if you’re looking for a specific sale item, it’s probably going to be sold out or not in stock. Don’t even bother price matching a place like IHL “certain conditions apply” means basically every store with a lower price. I’ve found selection to be better at the Highway 7-Woodbine and Elgin Mills-404 locations. Otherwise Friendly service, problems with the self check out, and lineups at both contractor checkouts are common at this store. Washrooms are clean and the merchandise is piled neatly. Getting someone to operate the saws when needed is simple and they are usually VERY accurate! I shop here pretty regularly and will continue to do so into the future.
