The Home Depot

I love the place, but from the past 2 visits I met with a sales associate named Savely: absolutely rude, did not know the store policy and had the audacity to lie to me. I had to call the customer support to fix my issue.nnBeing rude and racist is not what the store culture should be, unfortunately this store does not seem to care about this!

My customer bought a package of 8 door frames & I went back to buy 1 more that we needed to finish the job & at checkout the manager said he can't sell me 1, well you know what when I spend thousands of dollars at your store every month you better realize you can sell me 1 or I will go somewhere else, I will let this go this time because I have some extras at home but next time you don't realize the customer is more important then a Frame I might never shop at your store again. What ever happened to good customer service?

Carol, the seasonal employee, was incredibly so kind, helpful, and humorous during our experience at Home Depot! I go to this Home Depot often as it is close to home, but I've never met an employee who would go out of her way to help us! She went above and beyond her expertise just to help us order a fridge right at the last few minutes before they closed. Whenever I go back to this Home Depot, I'll make sure to ask Carol for help.

Wide selection of home hard ware, great selection of carpets, flowers, seasonal furniture, cleaning materials,… kind, knowledgeable staff, kind and helpful. Sometimes they are very short on staff. Today was my lucky day. Mustafa helped me on plumbing section and it was very fast.
