Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only wish their used stock offered a larger selection, but other than that, awesome location. The staff have always steered me in the right path. For example, I recently attempted to trade in a lens that I had purchased used from another location about a month ago. The staff member who was helping me looked up my order and provided me with a much better option: try to sell it privately, and if I can't in the next couple of months, I can always bring it back and be guaranteed a trade in value equal to half of the purchase value. Highly recommend this location for your photography needs.

Ordered some photos online and had them shipped here. They were helpful overall, but they temporarily lost my package and were looking for any reason to place the blame on me. In the end, the service was lack luster but I genuinely believe it to be a one off.

The store is big and comfy to walk in and through. The staff is helpful and always ready to give you advise. Their prices are also fair and not crazy expensive. But i get the impression in this big store you will find just the basics. Seriously every special part or piece i asked for they do not have it and do not know where to find it. Anything more than a basic camera, a basic tripod and a basic lense, they wont have. specialized lenses, connections, filters, T-rings, adabtors , etc. I guess that is not their line of business. But at least would be nice if they know where to find them.

Great customer service. Better than many other Henry's I've been to. Will be back for more camera gear.

Love this location. I started out early this year in photography and slowly began learning what everything was for lol. This location is super knowledgeable and helpful. They guided me on what products were compatible and answered any concerns I had. I recently had an issue with the Church st location. This location has the best service by far.
