I absolutely love shopping at Home Depot! As a contractor, I’m there all the time, and I can confidently say the customer service is consistently top-notch. The Pro Desk, in particular, is fantastic—knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Whether it’s advice on decking materials, fencing, or finding the right tools, they always come through with helpful recommendations. It's clear they really know their stuff and value their professional customers. I couldn't ask for a better partner when it comes to getting my projects done right!

I don’t know what it is about this Home Depot. I’m only writing this as it’s been multiple occurrences. When you need something up on a rack it takes a minimum of 30 minutes. I can go to the customer service and they send me off to other employees. Running around just hunting down someone to help. Today I asked for a product, he said no problem it will take 5 minutes. It took 20 minutes and the guy comes back and walks past me totally forgetting my request. I go back to customer service, big line, 7 employees, no one helping out. This has happened multiple times. It’s a Tuesday morning, not Sunday night.

David in the hardware section was a great help, I was looking for a specific socket size and had asked an employee in the aisle, he told me he cannot check for me. However I saw David and asked him, he took the bolt to the rental section and tried it on several sockets finding the correct size. Appreciate the assistance.

Doing shopping in this store at list for 7 years. Every time get everything that I need. Convenient prices, well-experienced staff. For example today I got help from the paint department. Prepared some paint samples, get excellent consulting about the kind of paint I looking for.nnRecommend for every customer who have any needs of tools, materials and everything for renovation.nnAnd sorry for my English.

Michele and Binoo at Appliance section are the most rudest people I have ever met, they have no sense of experience of how to speak politely to a customer.nnAraz on the other hand was very helpful he and went and got it for me.nnFadia, was very helpful as well.
