Canadian Tire

They don't have everything, but the certainly do try to help when you are looking for something. I can always find a staff person when I need them, and they are happy to show you around and help you find not only the section you are looking for but also help with determining which product is best for you (or your family).

To whom it may concern, I generally try to avoid the Canadian Tire store in Elmsdale N.S. due to numerous failures in customer service, but yesterday was particularly disappointing when I entered the store and approached a store clerk who did not seem to be busy as she was just wandering around drinking her Tim Hortons coffee. I asked for the location of the Items I wished to purchased and she directed me to another clerk who was clearly busy with another customer. To which my response to her was clearly he is busy and I should not have to wait for him to finish when you are doing nothing and due my frustration I proceeded to leave the store at which time she did offer to help. As this was not my first bad experience in this store I just decided to leave and go to the Rona store next door. Clearly you have a problem with staff allocation of duties and priorities.
