Staff is great to deal with - and very helpful

Very frustrating experience. Staff seem clueless about products in the flyer. 
Three visits to the contractors desk for the same purpose have been the different draft members and provided me with three conflicting pieces of information. 
One staff member offered to put an order in for me by today then call me. He did neither. 
No manager or assistant manager available to assist.
Seems to me that they are very heavy on casual part time staff, seen as it appears impossible to talk to the same employee twice.

No selection, staff generally not friendly, unknowledgeable, gives inconsistent answers.  Poor management.
