Went to look at ride on mowers with full intentions of making a purchase not only did they not have any on display I was told I can look at the website and only way I could see one is if I bought one first lol. I want to see how they are made quality wise before spending that kind of money. I can't see many sales happening working this way.

Couldn't be happier with my experience dealing with Robert Bortolin at the Service Desk. He made every effort to get me the 6/3 underground wire required for my garage build and at the best price possible. I wish more businesses remembered that people won't necessarily remember what they paid, but they'll certainly remember how they were treated. In my case, I was treated excellent, and paid a great price compared to other retailers.
Ver poor customer service from a tall checkout boy.nRight from the get go a bad attitude towards me .nOk it was Sunday at 16.40 , 20 minutes from closing.nI asked him about PH+ a swimming pool chemical which is on the Rona site he didn’t know so asked another employee said “ no “ .nAt the same time I guess a senior employee came in and explained that Rona no longer keep swimming pool chemicals.nI accepted the reason, the tall guy then turned his back on me , continued to talk to the girl , held up the receipt with his back to me like I was an inconvenience and couldn’t even bother to say thank you .nI work in the customer service industry and this really got my back up .nIf I’m an inconvenience maybe I won’t bother next time.nThe said employee needs a lesson in customer service or find another job more suited to his “ talents”
