The toy section is a mess, lots of people let their kids open up the boxes and take the toys. The staff members just put the damaged boxes back onto the shelves.nnWe bought a box of lego today with the action figures missing.nnIt’s not the first time we bought damaged toy from this location.nnTriple check the boxes when buying toys for your kid from here. Or you will have a very sad child for the day.

I am writing to let you know that George, one of your staff at this store, deserves a gold star !! On March 1, we went BACK to the store for the 3rd time !!! to pick up PC Old-Fashioned bacon on sale for $13 a package. However, there was none out in the bunkers and we were quite upset. Enter George who asked if he could help. Less than 5 minutes later, he came out of the stock room with the 2 packages we wanted. VERY impressed with his dedication to keeping customers happy & his quick work !!! Thanks George

Store owner / management has failed in every regard, and as a result I will never return to this location again. You have lost roughly $5,000–$10,000 per year in business from my household alone, and I suspect many others feel the same way.nn1. Persistent loitering and safety concernsnFor the past two years, groups regularly gather in the parking lot at night. People frequently smoke, drink, and set up lawn chairs in the parking areas. They often block parking spots, corners, and access lanes.nI have contacted police, 311, and public health multiple times over this issue. I have also raised the problem with security, cashiers, and managers at least 50 times. Nothing has changed. The lack of action is unacceptable and makes the property feel unsafe.nn2. Extremely aggressive closing announcementsnNear closing time, employees shout loudly over the PA system. It is not a normal announcement. It sounds like yelling and is genuinely uncomfortable to listen to. My wife and I have shopped in many grocery stores and have never experienced anything like this.nn3. Misleading closing-time announcementsnEven more concerning, employees frequently announce incorrect times. For example, they will say it is 10:55 PM when it is actually closer to 10:45 PM, or say the store is closed when several minutes remain before 11:00 PM. This appears to be done intentionally to push customers out faster. I have raised this directly with management and it continues to happen.nn4. Lack of engagement from staff and securitynWhen customers raise issues about loitering, smoking, or drinking outside, staff and security appear uninterested. Multiple employees have simply shrugged it off. At the same time, service standards inside the store have declined:nproduce often missing labelsnstaff chatting while self-checkout lanes are unattendedngenerally poor customer servicennOverall, this location has become an embarrassment compared to other stores in the chain. The property is poorly managed and eventually something more serious will happen in that parking lot if these issues continue.nnI will not be returning.

Everything was fresh and expiry dates were all good which you’re smart to check now. The chicken breast was a good price which is what I came for!nI normally go to my midtown Toronto grocery store but the selection is more here and bulk purchases are easier to find in stock.nThe drive out of my way is definitely worth it.nThanks!

I'd ordinarily give this location 5 stars. I've shopped here for several years.nThe prices for the exact same brands of products is ~30% less than Loblaws.nThe selection is good and the store experience is usually about what one should expect for a discount grocery store. But today there was an overwhelming foul odor of sewage as soon as you enter the store through the north entrance from the underground parking garage. It permeates the entire ground floor. I noticed a faint odor last week but today it is significantly worse. Please send a notification when this issue is remedied and I will return to that store to continue shopping
