Elmsdale Pharmacy Guardian Drugs

This does not reflect the post office staff or Pharmacy but 2 staff that work the retail portion. I'm afraid to enter this store ever again in case I get harassed again by either of the women I encountered. I witnessed, on one occasion, a female staff who turned out to be the manager being rude and condescending to a customer. Then another occasion, an older smaller woman turned out to be the same woman from the description treated my adult daughter in the same condescending manner. She left feeling like she did a something wrong. Well, recently I went into the store and I also encountered an arrogant, rude, angry woman who treated me horribly. It started by a clearly irritated female staff, then escalated by this other woman who was over the top. I was stunned by the apparent bad attitude and arrogance. This woman behaved as if she was a school principal and I was to bow and obey. I asked who the manger was and it turned out to be her! Ironic. If it wasn't for the post office I would never enter this store again.

We stay because we really like the staff who are excellent but we don't like Guardian and believe it is a dictatorship. One product I always got when they were Pharmasave is no longer available because they are not allowed to order it. So it appears whoever owns the chain dictates where they can buy.

Staff are friendly and they always have what I'm looking for added bonus is the boutique section there's always a great gift idea or something for the cottage I love that section!!

Great drug store. Friendly front store staff. Helpful pharmacy staff. Usually quick pscription filling. The front store has the regular pharmacy stuff, plus a little more. They always have a little selection of Padero cookware, which I love.

Visiting a relative and had to get my file transferred from Moncton to Elmsdale. They got it done quickly and I was able to get my meds when I needed them. Staff is friendly and helpful.

All the regular things you'd expect in a drugstore plus lots of great gift ideas. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Absolutely horrible service provided by cashiers. Makes it impossible to shop local.
