I have just recently June started buying my parts etc through this location. Johnny, Kyle and Kayla have been very helpful and great to deal with. As an Amsoil Dealer , to me customer service is huge. These 3 have that down pack. My wife went there today and they went above and beyond for her. Great store, when I was there they had a super great deal on synthetic oil, about half the price of anywhere else. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is alot of parking, the store well organized and very clean. I will be back there again. They deserve all five stars.

I have only visited this location a handful of times in the last four years, but EVERY SINGLE TIME has been exceptional. Their customer service may be the best in the business.

WOW! Napa has my heart. I was starting my drive to BC from Halifax when I had to suddenly pull over because there was something wrong with my car. Canadian Tire sent me to Napa with 20 mins left before they closed it was a Sunday afternoon. Not only did they fix my problem, but they genuinely cared about my travels and told me to text them when I got there to make sure I made it safely. These gentlemen are the sweetest, most caring people I have ever met at an auto shop. Whenever I am back in the area I will 10000% always go back to them. They know what they are talking about and they will NOT rip you off. I have told this story to many of my family and friends and everyone is so impressed with how they showed up for me, all without making me feel stupid about not knowing much about cars. I cannot say enough about this place.... But I will also say that if you are ever choosing a place for knowledge and parts, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
