Went to this location today with my partner to look at fireplaces and found the perfect fireplace that was showing as on sale. While checking out the sale price was not showing up, Mike went above and beyond to help and assisted with the price adjustment so that we still received the discount. Overall all of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend this location!
Was shopping around for a good deal on an electric fire place and found one that my lady and I liked, after what seemed to be a pricing mix up, Canadian Tire honoured the price it was listed for on the shelf, I believe the fella that helped me name was Mike and he also helped me get the dang thing into my little Kia, employees went above and beyond to help get this done and I am very appreciative
Absolutely horrendous service. I went to the auto service to get my battery changed and an oil change. They then proceeded to say that I required the most expensive battery even though I now know that it wasn’t required, took 2.5 hours to just do those two simple tasks and then didn’t notify that my car was finished. Had to go look for my vehicle in the parking lot and then ask for my keys back. Then after everything, my oil is still dirty. I have been telling everyone I know to completely avoid this auto service station.
*WARNING* Do not and I repeat do not visit this location auto service department to get any work done on your vehicle. The manager doesn't now consumer law and wanted me to pay out of pocket for work that was covered under warranty. I went here 3 separate times and had to stand up for my own rights to get a Leak to stop in my vehicle. The mechanic looked it over for a 3rd time and blamed it on poor parts that were dealer supplied. The manager and mechanic wanted me to just keep driving my vehicle with a Leak that would eventually cause more damage to transmission and motor. I told them the vehicle was not safe and they said it was. Only after the 4th time of me picking the vehicle they acknowledged there was greater issue's. The only good part about the experience was the assistant manager who help stand up for my rights as a consumer. Canadian tire auto manager should be ashamed of his actions and willingness to let a vehicle out of there shop that was leaking oil into our waterways and that was not safe to drive.
big shout out to kim from customer service who went well out of her way to help me exchange a faulty vacuum cleaner. i had thrown away the PoP it was purchased in the summertime, and she sifted through weeks and months of transactions to find my receipt. she even put the unit together for me in-store and her demeanour was nothing short of sugar every step of the way. thanks so much!
