Staples Cobourg

I went there tonight with a stressful load of work to be done for a school project. The lady at the print centre literally saved my life she was so kind and helpful. She was patient with me and walked me through every step of the process. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

Tim at the Cobourg store is very helpful. Quite refreshing not being pushed into purchasing something I didn't need. He answered all my questions and suggested appropriate laptop models according to my needs. No rushing which was a bonus.

If I could give no stars i would. Their "clearance" routers are "on sale" for the REGULAR walmart price. Their staff pretends to be knowledgable (telling me a higher AC number on a router will extend the range. WRONG. It is an indicator of your maximum potential mbps). I am amazed this style of store is still open when everything can be found cheaper online or elsewhere (copies included. And dont expect help with the copiers, the staff can't be bothered and will make you pay twice when their machine jams and eats your copies.)

Every time i shop here multiple employees offer me help. I have never had any complaints and they are good about any returns and helping you find the right products. Pretty good selection as well
