Order for bath in a total order of $5713.00 misplaced, job delayed till god knows when, sales person takes at least a week to return calls, partial order delivered with no notification - the list goes on and on. TERRIBLE  service and incompetence for high end supplies. Was willing to pay the higher prices for a smooth process, totally regretting it now. This rating system won't let me put zero stars :(

If you need plumbing supplies or advice ,the parts department is the place to go. Very friendly and professional they will take time to solve your problems. 5 stars. BUT ..........
After sales service for me was a major fail. I had a defective American Standard toilet and they told me they would take care of it and call me back. Well they didn't call me back. I called back and the circle continued. Promises to escalate the matter and call back. No call back. Ever. After 2 months I got fed up and called American Standard myself. ONE CALL and the parts were at my door in 10 days. Customer service should be number one for a retail establishment. This place doesn't get it.

Should have read the reviews before going to this store. Went to purchase a sink and faucet.  Was promised it would be available for pick up the next week. A week later I called to ensure they had my items, was told my order was ready.  Only to find out once I got to the store that the sink is back ordered.  Took me several people to get that piece of info.  0 accountability in this store.  My counters where delayed as a result of them not getting me a sink nor coming up with any solutions!  Will not be going back.
