Last time I was in the is almost two years. I have a lot of clothes from here. I have had a lot of medical problems since that visit so have not been able to get in touch with there. The staff at that time were very helpful and willing to address any problems. I had to return a couple of items and it was past the return period allowed. I was as able to find the receipt and the tags were still on the items. I talked to the manager at that time, explained the situation and was told to come in and she would see what could be done. I ended up with a gift card with amount from items returned. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who wears larger sizes.
The store itself is a total disaster, aside from being greeted at the door there is zero customer service. There were boxes of stock in the back, so many in fact that some of the change rooms were inaccessible. However lots of shelves were empty. Store was not staffed to run smoothly. Most of the clothes also have horrible shape and looked old fashioned.
Really excellent ladies working there - very helpful, very happy and made my dreaded swimsuit shopping experience wonderful. Will definitely be a repwat customer, simply based on customer service. Store was clean, well organized and well stocked.
Right near closing time I went in & was immed. greeted, asked if I needed help. I said I was just looking. No pressure. 10 mins later : are you still o.k. Then I needed and received the sweetest help from both ladies. I wish I knew there names. I give them 10 stars and managementshould give them a raise. They're earning you money and customer loyalty !!
The ladies made me feel good about myself. It was my first time in a plus size store so it was nice to actually leave smiling especially since I was buying a bathing suit.
The girls at Addition elle Lethbridge are AMAZING! I have never felt more comfortable and uplifted while shopping for myself! The staff really make the place what it is!! Thank you for all that you do Ladies!
Stacey manager is THE BEST!!! Shes funny, helpful, fashionable. She helped pick out my dress and helped accessorize it too. And thank goodness, cuz im not good at it.
