Bianca Amor's Liquidation

I don’t want to put this place down, as I am sure it meets the needs of a level of clientele. However I was in the area and decided to check it out, and I didn’t stay long. Not only is the place in a hot mess, it was clear why a lot of the stuff here is in clearance, as they products no one really wants. I have been to liquidation centres before but this place looks sad, tiring and kind of depressing.

Fun store to go to if you don't know what you want. Lots of different interesting things. Isles are cramped if that sort of thing bothers you. The employees are friendly and nice

Bought a little drone that uses you phone to control it. Get it home and won't connect, found out the software was discontinued in 2014. Go to return it and I am forced to only get in store credit. So you sell me outdated defective products and then refuse to give me money back. Stay away from this place, terrible service.

They have kinds of neat stuff! And hidden gems in the clothing department. Name brands for really cheap!!

Got some Reece chocolate on sale there it literally tasted like bounce or some kind of cleaning product. It was like the chocolate absorbed the taste of stuff it shouldn’t have been around. GROSS if your going to sell food items store them properly

So, to be clear the reason I’m giving this store a 2 is the same reason everyone else has. It’s disgusting. It is suuuper dirty and I’m not sure how it passes health codes to be honest. I’d like to know why the store isn’t cleaned. I’ve had pleasant conversation with the cashiers and the prices for things are good. It’s like a glorified dollar store but even the dollar stores keep their facilities clean. Overall, meh. They have some random interesting finds but I don’t enjoy walking through because it feels really dirty

It has a lot of different things you can buy for low cost

We went to the Lethbridge store the other day and we were completely appalled by the filthiness of this store. Front entrance was slick with grime and dirt. Every part of the store was grossly disgusting. It appears that this store has not been cleaned in years. It was pretty good a few years ago but now it is a health hazard to staff and customers. Very embarrassing and I would not take visitors there at all. We will not go back until it is clean.

This place should be shut down until it can be cleaned. The manager, or whoever the bossy woman is very rude and unprofessional, including to the staff. There is always confusion with prices, so make sure you check your bill. Health inspectors, please do something.
