Call It Spring

Guelph store manage is very rude. Is only concerned about strict policy. Tried to exchange a purse for a smaller one bought the day before never used . The tag was removed but I still had the tag. She refuse to exchange it because the tag was not attached. I called a different spring store and they said they would gladly exchange it. I went to Aldo and bought a purse there and had a better customer service. Won’t be shopping at the guelph Location because of the manager.

I had no choice but to run in ten minutes before closing because of my work schedule. The sales reps were very helpful and kind even though I was trying things on as they were closing. I appreciate the great customer service. You don't see that kind of service, especially when it pushes past closing. Sorry for keeping you!

The Manager at this store has an awful attitude and does not care about customers at all. She is all about policy and no customer service. Will not shop here again. Other Spring stores have much better management.

Beautiful shoes. The heels are gorgeous and the men's shoes are sensible. It's a bit pricey, but the shoes are good quality.

Staff walked away while We wrre asking questions. Did not answer questions.
