GUESS Factory

These days I do most of my shopping online so I don’t visit any of the Guess Store unless I have to return or exchange an item. This particular outlet isn’t too bad. The staff is always changing but the girls are pretty nice and helpful. Aside from that I’ve never had any problems regarding the return or exchange of an item. The only thing I don’t like is that online purchases are different vs in store. For instance, the points system. Regular Guess shoppers will know what I’m talking about. Anyhow keep up the good work.

I bought a purse from this store in February. I had purchased online from in the store and they had made a mistake with my personal info even though I wrote it all down for them. Since my info was wrong I did not know right away that my order had been cancelled. I called and I had to re purchase it. I was told I would get my refund back from the first time I bought it...That was February 17th. It has now almost been 2 months...I have called multiple times.The first time I called back they said it would be sent off and I would get my refund in 14 business days...well guess what? I had to call back again for them to tell me it was NEVER sent it in! They then assured me that it was sent in and even emailed me with everything that was going to happen and that I would get my money in another 14 business days...its has now been 22 business days and I have STILL not got my refund and when I called they were not even able to tell me why saying someone would call me back. I will never again shop at Guess because of my first time TERRIBLE experience. I will also be telling all my friends not to shop there!

I love the clothing at guess so beautiful and I love the accecories! The backpacks there and the backpacks are so cute and they are totally in style!

As per store info on google it's supposed to be open at 930am and 9am on guess website. I was there at 939, and the girl that was there told me they open at 10am, I tryed to tell her that the info is incorrect. She rudely told me they opened at ten. I asked her if I should call head office to inform them, she said do whatever you want. Very poor representation of guess brand, very low class. Maybe try investing in some better customer service reps, and a hours of business sign. !!!!!. Try opening on time, was there at 10am sharp doors still locked.
