Winners

I recently visited Winners, and I had a really great shopping experience. One of the best things about Winners is the wide variety of products available at affordable prices. From clothing and shoes to home décor and kitchenware, the store offers so many options to choose from. I was impressed with the clothing section, where I found several branded items at much lower prices compared to regular retail stores. The quality was excellent, and it felt like a treasure hunt going through the racks to find great deals.nnThe store layout was well organized, and everything was easy to locate. The staff members were friendly and helpful, always available when I needed assistance. At the checkout counter, the cashier was polite and processed my purchase quickly. The store was clean, spacious, and had fitting rooms that were tidy and comfortable to use.nnAnother thing I really appreciated about Winners is the parking lot. There were plenty of spaces available, which made my shopping trip much more convenient. Overall, my experience at Winners was excellent. It’s the perfect place if you want quality items at discounted prices. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who enjoys shopping for great deals and brand names.

I have had excellent customer service experience at the jewellery department. Bev is a beautiful and classy lady who goes above and beyond to help me find unique pieces of jewellery. Bev is super friendly, knowledgeable and accessorizes necklaces, bracelets and earrings beautifully. I always look for her to help me. I am always happy with my purchases when Bev is working!

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at this location. We were charged $135 twice because staff believed the payment machine was not working. When we returned to have this corrected, we were told it would be looked into and that someone would follow up, but no one did.nnWhen I went back again, they found items on the receipt that were not part of our purchase, which raised further concerns about the accuracy of their system. Despite this, we were not given a refund. There was no clear explanation or accountability, and the situation was handled poorly by management.nnOverall, the experience was frustrating and time-consuming.

Great prices and always love clearance! They have designer bags available all the time and good options so many Juicy Couture pjs! I always find something nice here

Worst customer service ever. Wont even do a basic wrap around the item and won’t even remove the price off the item . I’ve noticed this particular older lady has acted this way to me many times even though I’ve tried my best to be nice and greet her everytime . This was soon after opening.. I don’t even mind if people act this way towards the end of the day.
