Village Cobbler

I went to Village Cobbler to have a leather wallet repaired. The wallet was brought back from Italy and old so I was unsure about having anything done to it. I am glad I brought it here. He fixed it in 5 minutes and it only cost me 5$. I will bring all leather here and will recommend this location to anyone seeking quality leather work by skilled leathersmith.

I went to the village cobbler a couple days ago, and I had such a great experience there. The owner is friendly, and he handled my problem the easiest way it could have gone. I have kitchen knifes that I use for work, and the thickness of both blades are 1.6 width. Plus there Damascus steel. I tried sharping them my own, but I knew for a fact that I needed a machine and didn’t want to pay for my own. The trouble I went through trying to get these sharpen was unbelievable. Was getting over charged, it would have taking them 2hrs to do it because my blades were to thick and if the steel gets ruin it wasn’t there fault, so I just didn’t want to deal with stupid anymore. So my last hope was the village cobbler, and I easily walked in, told the owner my problem, and he said he handled it. I left for 15- 20 minutes, went to grab a coffee and return a gift. Once I came back they were done and waiting for me. I paid $25 for it, and the knifes were properly sharping and felt like they were brand new. I highly recommend the village cobbler for knife sharping, I know some chefs like to do their own, but i can’t explain how nice they were when I got them back. They’re incredible at what they do and the nicest people I’ve met.

I was not happy at all. The individual who I have in my boots to said he can make them look 100% better. When I picked them up they weren't even polished. Im very disappointed...if they told me they could not be fixed properly they should have informed me and I would not have bothered getting them repaired.

I had a chance to visit this business for a small repair on my shoe. I am extremely impressed to see how courteous they are and the exceptional customer service they had. Would highly recommend this business to anyone requiring these type of services.

Awesome costumer service! They treat you like a friend, not just a costumer. Very professional staff. Will fix wherever you need fixing, I got the straps on my favorite bag sewn back on. Reasonable prices. A lot cheaper than other places I've looked at. I would recommend anyone who needs something fixed to go to Joe and have a talk with him.
