Buying my daughters prom dress with this location was amazing. So much patience from the stylist Veronica and the managers Kayleigh, Reena and Jenna were so helpful with my indecisive kiddo. Even after we bought she changed her vision and we went back again. Another exceptional experience finding just the right dress. The ladies knew their accessories and selected some perfect pieces to finish the look to her vision. Alterations has their hands full as my daughter is tiny but Judy modified the neckline to perfection and Mariah was fabulous with capturing the changes we asked for. Will go back for our future dress purchases.
Went to David’s bridal in Cambridge ON. When walking in we got served right away! The staff was beyond amazing and the stylist that my wedding party and I had was Sarah. Sarah made sure that I was happy the whole time I was there and helped me truly feel like a bride in so many ways! I had been to many other shops and both of them made me feel good about my body and size but David’s bridal you have once again outdid yourselves. I can’t thank you enough for making my experience saying yes to the dress one of my most favourite experience in my whole life. Also if you want to feel the bright smile and feel like you have another friend Sarah was for sure the one lady you can count on! Thank you David’s bridal for being a true to all bridal store.
Gloria was amazing today! She took me in immediately as a walk-in to adjust the bust of my dress, had me in and out of the store in 15 minutes tops, and had a smile on her face the entire time! Fantastic seamstress that knows what she's doing! Thanks for a wonderful experience today Gloria!
I had an appointment booked for a Friday night. When i arrived was told by the girl i had my appt with that she was double booked. I was not impressed. I did not get the attention that i was due because the other booking was with a bridal party. I did try on about 7 dresses on my own. It would have been nice to have the help with pinning the dress so that i could get a true vision. On a positive note i did go back and give them a second chance to correct this. Brianna was just awesome she apologized for my bad experience and got me into a fitting room even though they were really busy and i tried on a few more dresses. The store manager was very rude and curt she didn't care that i was treated badly. Very disappointing. I did speak with another Manager Kayliegh she was so awesome and very personable. I did end up buying my dress there. I Love the dress i just wish that my experience the 1st time was better. Definately need to get a new store manager as she doesn't know how to speak or treat customers !!
Had a great experience with Erin as our consultant at David’s Bridal! My friends and I had double appointments for bride reception dresses and bridesmaid dresses. Erin helped us get through the whole 2.5 hrs with great success, finding me my reception dress and the bridesmaid dress for my friend’s wedding!
Just got my wedding dress and my whole bridal parties dress from here. My first appointment was great! The lady I had was fantastic I wish I got her name! I got my dress at that appointment and set up an alterations appointment and was told my dress needed to be paid off before alterations fair enough. My next appointment was for my bridal party, I made an appointment for this, it wasn’t a walk in. Service was horrible. The lady that was helping us at this appointment was everywhere helping a bunch of other people and leaving us waiting. Despite that we found dresses for them, ordered them 2 months before the wedding. I then went in for my scheduled alterations appointment, they were very rude and my dress was missing for a good 20 minutes, the lady couldn’t find it. It was a scheduled appointment, you thing they would have the dress out and ready prior to this. Then I was told they can’t touch my dress until I paid $450 for the alterations… all I was told at my last appointment was the dress needed to be paid off which it was. Nobody I know has had to pay upfront for alterations. I was walking around the store with some stuff also, and was offered for it to be brought up to cash and I agreed, while I forgot about it. They called me later that day asking if I still wanted it and I said yes, they said okay they will put it away for me to pick up. So I went back in to get it, and nobody could find the items. Whatever, I was a little upset because I drove back from Brantford. I was looking at shoes at multiple visits all scheduled appointments and workers just walked by and didn’t ask if they could help with anything. Fast forward and my wedding parties dresses are in. It’s now just under a month to the wedding. They tried to charge one of my girls $150 extra for alterations due to the wedding being in less then a month… that is not my girls fault that their shipping for the “guaranteed dresses” take that long. The dress was order way before that. Luckily the dress didn’t need to be altered. All around a horrible experience. All but 3 workers were horribly rude, didn’t look at all happy, and made me feel like we were an inconvenience. It was the same people on multiple days. So no chance of “just having a bad day”. I went to the Hamilton location to finish the rest of my shopping I had to do and it was a totally different atmosphere. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming and that was when I just walked in. Don’t waste your time at the Cambridge location and take the drive to the Hamilton location.
Lea M. did an amazing job as our stylist while my wedding party picked out their bridesmaid dresses. She made us comfortable by offering us a drink to start and by stocking the fitting rooms while the girls picked out dresses. She checked in on all the girls to see if she could get them a different size or style, and was always ready to help clip the dresses if they fit too big. She gave good advice when I was contemplating which fabric to choose for the dresses and the check out was quick and efficient. Thank you for your patience and hard work Lea!
Today I “found the one” at David’s Bridal Cambridge! I was so happy with my entire experience there. From the moment we walked in the staff made myself and everyone in my party feel welcome. My stylist Valeree was AMAZING! She was so kind, sweet, and friendly! She went above and beyond and truly was wonderful all around. She made my experience that much more enjoyable! If you’re looking to have the full bridal dress experience look no further! Highly recommend this location for all your bridal shopping needs!
My experience with the staff of David’s Bridal Cambridge was nothing less than amazing! They are kind, and make the bridal experience SO special. I could not be more grateful for the kindness and professionalism they have shown me. I found two perfect dresses for myself and many of my guests found beautiful dresses as well! After receiving the news that the shop I purchased my original gown from never placed the order, I decided to walk in to David’s Bridal in Cambridge to try to find an odd the rack dress. I had no appointment and was alone due to the circumstances. Jenna Jz was beyond helpful, pulling dresses that met my preferences, taking photos and being the friendly face I needed. The other consultants were so kind and encouraging. After being duped at the last salon and having to shop last minute for a gown I thought the process would be miserable. However this experience changed my day entirely. I could not be more thankful. Go here! Positive, kind, helpful and customer oriented. Other shops told me I couldn’t wear certain shapes etc. At David’s Bridal Cambridge I felt like I had people on my side. Incredible experience and I will share that with everyone I can. Thank you!
