This review is for my favorite Uri Pastries product: The Malawach, Yemenite Bread Delight. I've used it to make savory pies for many years, putting two pieces together and stretching them with a rolling pin in order to fit a baking dish. The Uri Pastries Malawach is by far superior to any other similar product of other brands. Once baked, the dough separates into many rich-tasting layers, like a good puff pastry.
