RBC Royal Bank

Many problems with RBC as a bank as well as this particular branch. I have various accounts, notably with RBC, CIBC and BMO, for obvious reasons. A couple of months ago, my card was frauded, I didn't lose it or anything, nor buy anything with it, it was probably cloned or something. And I had to pay in the end 1700$, because the bank accused me of being responsible. Thankfully, I went to the police, and got my money back, but the bank definitely isn't helpful and doesn't want your money back, but rather more for themselves. When I went to this branch, not a single client operator seemed to know what they were doing, everytime, a new guy came because the other didn't know how/what to do. Overall, a very poor experience and poor professionalism as well as help from them, I left them and have much better service with CIBC. If you want to go with RBC, think twice.

As someone who banks with TD, BMO and with RBC I can say without a doubt that RBC is the worst bank I have ever dealt with! I cannot imagine any reason why someone should choose RBC Banque!

La directrice client qui était sur place lundi 25 septembre vers 11 heures le matin, n'a pas voulu s'identifier et elle m' laissé en attente au téléphone pour plus de 25 minutes à deux reprises, pour finalement raccrocher. Très m auvais service, aucune écoute et aucun respect.
