Cactus Club Cafe Kelowna Yacht Club

If you ever want to take out, this restaurant knows how to do it right. Just had spicy chicken starter and then chicken tenders and all was cooked perfectly and packaged with care, perhaps even with pride. Even the edamame was crisp and tasty. Also must say reception staff very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

Awful experience. Usually cactus is a great place to go, however, I was not pleased with the service at this location. I ordered a lettuce wrap, the waitress took my order only to come back THIRTY MINUTES later to tell me there was no lettuce. Which was fine, I understand that sometimes supplies run out. So she offered me rice instead which still sounded good.. until I got my meal. They gave me the chicken on one dish, it was barely warm. Alongside a another plate half full of rice (which was also barely warm). I wouldn't have complained if the food was at least decently warm and if they at the very least went thought the effort of putting the chicken on the rice to make it look like a decent plate. You'd expect a lot better service for cactus club, I've always had a good experience at other cactus club restaurants across western Canada. Maybe it was just a fluke? Unacceptable nonetheless.

Great atmosphere! Happy hour fish tacos are amazing. I've been served by Lauren and Jeremy a couple of times, exceptional service by both of them!! Thank you both for a great experience!!

Like any typical restaurant there was a wait which isn't a big deal and to be expected. Yet when we sat down it was freezing cold as we were right against the plastic wall and the wind was blowing through. I went to the hostess and asked if we could be moved as we were uncomfortably cold. The response I got was "we can move you but you need to go grab the rest of your group and come and wait back up at the front." I then asked if we could just wait at our table then be moved and was told no. So we ordered our food and left. Having worked in the service industry it didn't seem right to make a table you sat 10 minutes ago come back up to the front and go back on the wait list. Very unimpressed with the customer service. Our server was very understanding and pleasant, however.

The atmosphere was really nice here, although they wouldn't let us push an extra table together so there were three of us sitting alone. Fire hazard. But still 4/5 stars!
