Cactus Club Cafe Kelowna Yacht Club

Had a FANTASTIC dinner at the Cactus Cafe on New Year’s Eve. We had never been there before and were not disappointed. I had a tuna poke and my wife had fish tacos. The poke bowl was so fresh and full of flavor with a very nice sauce. I tried the fish tacos and it was also very good. The order was 3 large tacos which had pico and a light sauce. The place was packed. Definitely recommend making a reservation.

This restaurant is located in a perfect spot on the lakefront. It is always busy & lively. They serve a wide variety of cocktails. The margarita was nice but nothing special and had a lot of ice.nnFood wise we had the lemongrass chicken salad & the Thai curry. The salad was really delicious with a great balance of sweet, salty, spicy and some crunch. My husband went for the Thai chicken curry. The flavor balance was perfect but the chicken breast was a small portion. Service was fine, but not the most attentive.

I had a pleasant dining experience at Cactus Club Cafe in Kelowna. The food was flavorful and well presented, and the staff was attentive and professional. The restaurant’s interior is beautifully designed, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. While the portions were slightly smaller than expected, the overall quality and service made the visit very enjoyable.

It was a wonderful experience dining at this establishment! From the moment you walk it felt like the staff were welcoming you into a home and extending the most gracious hospitality. Food and drinks came out quickly and were well presented, delicious, and excellent portions. Our server was Grace and she was awesome! The restaurant and washrooms were clean. Excellent view of the harbour from our table.

We went during their happy hour, and it was nice... not as many options on their happy hour to choose from, like other places had their entire menu on happy hour. We had drinks and their sushi with an appetizer, and it was very good, but a bit of a long wait, which we think could be due to being short-staffed. I recommend trying their sugar-free margarita was very good.
