Bai Tong Thai Food

Best Thai food in the Okanagan. And the owner is the nicest man and so helpful always. Good value for yummy food.

Unfortunately there is better food and service at Thai Express (fast food at the mall)... The servers were very friendly however the service was terrible. We sat down with waters for over half an hour before our orders were taken in a relatively empty restaurant. We arrived at 8 and didn't have food until 9:30 with a restaurant set to close at 10. They then proceeded to rush us out by telling us they weren't "rushing us out". The Pad Thai was very dry, and the squid in the curry was rubber... not a single piece was edible. The coconut rice was great; so props to the chef on being able to pull that together. Overall not the best experience; scope out another Thai spot.

Came here with my friends and the owner was super friendly and helpful with choosing our meals. He asked us if we wanted the special hot sauce and always check that we were doin okay. He gave us a surprise after with the banana dessert. He was like I have something for you! 😃 awesome food as well.

Great experience from the owner of the restaurant every time. Great food. They have traditional Pad Thai, which is amazing.
