Bliss Bakery & Bistro - Bernard Avenue

Beautiful coffee shop in the heart of downtown Kelowna. Really well put together historic design on the inside with nuances of cozy café culture make for an ideal place to sit and chat with friends over a hot cuppa as well as hang out solo and get some work done. Their selection of food is always impressive, lots of sandwiches and savory snacks to chose from - keep an eye out for lunch specials and you won’t be disappointed by their grilled cheese and soup combos among other offers. Of course you can’t forget the cookies too! So many delectable treats that you’ll find your eyes already doing some of the decision making for you! Awesome friendly staff as well as perfectly clean facilities, can’t ask for a better coffee shop experience!

Do you like having your cake and eating it too? Yeah so do I. We were visiting from out of town during the food Festival in Kelowna and went to Bliss Bakery, anticipating a sweet treat. I don't want to say we were caught off guard entirely... but their red chili coffee latte hybrid is the thing of legends. If you want to put hair on your chest or get rid of bad breath this coffee is for you. Oh... did I mention that it tasted amazing as well (FYI it isn't that spicy)? Alongside their salted caramel chocolate cookie, the bite from the latte washed it down nicely. I almost think the baristas and bakers at Bliss are more like scientists. Think about it, a spicy latte. What do you drink when you have spicy food... milk? Someone is on to something here...

My granola bar and americano was fabulous! !! The staff their are so sweet! Highly recommend this place!

Love the baked goods here. I've had the carrot cake, snickerdoodle cookie, raspberry tart, chocolate peanut butter tart and their spinach feta quiche and loved everything. The coffee is wonderful too and so is the decor. Seriously my favourite cafe downtown.

Has maybe one vegetarian food option IF you’re lucky. Have expressed my disappointment to management and staff on multiple occasions and they’re response is “oh yeah that sucks” but nothing EVER changes.
