Fernando's Pub

We love this restaurant for its unique decor and vegan options. We have always been thrilled with the quality of the food and never had to question if something was vegan or not. Always tasty and done to perfection..

My girlfriend took me here when we were first dating. I thought it was strange that she chose a Mexican restaurant (you know spicy food and what it usually entails), but nonetheless I went with an open mind. I was surprised when I got the menu, how affordable everything was. Where had Fernando's been all my life? Finally a restaurant that I could afford to eat at while working a minimum wage job. The food was great and the decor is pretty cool, and I didn't feel out of place wearing a hoodie and toque (in fact I was almost mistaken as a server). Apparently it is a real hit when they have live performances. Safe to say I enjoyed the Mexican food, my girlfriend didn't dump me, we still come back. Two thumbs up!

Nice atmosphere friendly service even when busy. Great place for a cheap meal and drinks.

They have pretty good food prices and okay beverage prices but the service we recieved caused my whole group to leave. We were debating to ask for a refund for the cover but figured since the service was so unacceptable that it wouldn't happen. Don't go for the live music and don't pay for the cover fee if you want to enjoy the music amongst friends, there's plenty of better live music venues in town where the service is much better.

Totally love this dive. Live music on weekends. Great cheap food!
