Applebee's Grill + Bar

NOT recommended. This place is unclean and poor service. I was very appalled to see such careless employees. From the time we sat down until the time we left we experienced the view of a dirty table and food on the floor that you had to walk over to get to your table. Than the entire time you tried to enjoy your meal you had a view of the dirty table while watching the waiters seat people around you walking them through the food on the floor. At the end of the day we understand it's each waiters responsibility to bust their own table. But out of common courtesy, Looking out for your coworkers and having a presentable restaurant for your customers. Clean up the darn mess, this was uncalled for and I can only imagine what the hidden kitchen looks like when the seating area looked like that.

Place was absolutely empty, waited 20 minutes to get seated, waited another 20mins to get out appetizers ordered, food came out cold and not cooked correctly, Applebee's was once a fun and enjoyable place to eat, not it's a dumpster fire, I'm over this place won't be going back again anytime soon. Features: Covid is not a thing anymore

Total lack of competent management. Only 5 tables seated with customers and some patrons at the bar. A sixth table had 4 employees eating meals. Has management heard of rotating employees for breaks? Over 20 patrons waiting to be seated and told that it would be over a 1 hour to be seated due to only 2 servers. We counted and observed 8 employees milling around including the 4 seated at the table eating. One Busboy was just wandering around with nothing to do. This place was truly unbelievable.

One star is being real generous. I took my wife out for lunch ordered two cheese burgers and an appetizer. It took 50 min to get the appetizer and I believe it sat for a while before being delivered to the table, the artichoke dip had a thick skin on it from cooling. Then the burgers came..... one was the whiskey bacon burger and upon ordering the burger I was informed they were out of bacon.... I still went ahead with it, it showed up burnt and without the crispy onions. My wife ordered the bourbon mushroom Swiss burger, when it showed up the burger was burnt along with the mushrooms and the onions. After eating the waitress asked if our food was alright and if our burgers were burnt. After telling her they were she said that she will go back and tell the staff again, apparently it's been a problem of the burgers coming out burnt. Now knowing how our meal was she didn't offer any type of reduction in the bill. So we paid over $50 for two burnt burgers a bad appetizer and two sodas. Not to mention that the restaurant was not busy at all. Very disappointed.

Went in with a group of 5. Two ordered all you can eat special. Server was awful. Never came back to check on us for another place of food for all you can eat. All our glasses were empty before we finished our meals and was never checked on or asked for refills. Two of our orders were not made with all ingredients it was supposed to have. Over all a horrible experience. First time I never left a tip. My server only had 3 more tables than ours. She was not overwhelmed nor was it busy. I will never go back

Good food. Service tonight in the bar was average. Out of my wine choice. Had some confusion with the order and tab but overall pretty good. If you are a senior just ask for your 10% dud out. They won’t ask or offer. But it’s a nice discount. Except the alcohol.

First of all I want to say that Applebee's has been one of my favorite places to dine. I like the menu because of the variety of choices. Although I have give thus review on the customer service. I met a friend at Applebee's on this last Sunday early afternoon for lunch. We dined in the bar room. The food was yummy and price was fair. Although I decided not to put a tip on the bill, but instead left a cash tip. I wrote down 0 in the spot on the bill and gave a cash tip instead. Well much to my surprise I saw thatwhen I checked my checking account I was over charged! The same overage as the tip amount of cash I left on the table. I called on Monday right away and spoke with a manager who was nice. I gave her all the information she needed to look into it. Later She confirmed that she found their receipt and that I did write 0 in the spot where I would of wrote the tip. Well this is Wednesday night. She told me earlier today that I would be refunded by tonight. This is very disappointing. I found that I still haven't been refunded the overcharge. It's not so much about the money that bothers me. Its the poor handling of this situation. I have never in all my years of dining out had this happen to me. It's unfortunate that it happened at one of my favorite places to dine.

Anything good was the food. The service was good with our order. But they were short-handed but unfriendly it was hard to make them smile or even have a conversation. The manager at the time did not look at us once and ask us if we'd like more water more coffee asked if the food was good no! Compared to the one in Missoula Montana it was way below what Applebee's should be in their service, friendliness and atmosphere. When we came to the door nobody acknowledged that we even had come to eat they didn't say just a moment I'll be right there they just plain ignored us until I went up and asked the waitress if we were going to get a table. She said that she was the only one on the floor besides the manager. The manager even interviewed a woman. I hope they hired her! So the Applebee's Grill and Bar in Redmond Oregon needs to step up its friendly service, atmosphere! Thankfully the food was good except the ribs were a little dry!

So this is a place that we regularly visit at least 2 times a week. Went in yesterday the 14 th of oct found out our favorite waitress quit first downer. Last week she said there was new management she seemed UN happy. So we order drinks and food notice some changes. Then we order bone in chicken wings to go. More bone then meat. Look when a place raises its prices and the food and service go down then we stop going. Won’t be returning anytime soon you should stay away. Hotel people only know how to run hotels. If they’re working in a restaurant it means that can’t run a hotel now they can’t run a restaurant.

Food was good other than my steak was poor cut. Menu said sirloin but I am betting flank. Excellent service, single waitress on shift and yet she did amazingFood: 4/5
