Manager dewoashon took my order at fc. Overcharged me for drink, rang up small not value. Had to rering entire order for refund. Croissants were not warmed up and had only half the meat. When told about the mistake manager said how do you know ... Extremely unprofessional and rude.He went for change while my sandwiches sat ready to be handed out. Employee from kitchen was very nice even though he tried to give me COLD meat to correct error. I informed him that was against health dept regs so he nuked it and gave back to me. Croissants were crumbly. Train these people before you POISON hundreds of us !!!! I have had issues at this location EVERY time ! Not returning... Shame on your managers !! Shut this place down please or get a better trained crew.. do it now.
Giving a 1 star because im not allowed to give 0. We stood at the register for 10 minutes. No acknowledgement, no service, the floors behind the counter are disgusting. The manager had his drink right by the customers food, drinking it. No gloves on. Incredibly unprofessional!!!
Just awful - I work near this location and keep hoping they will get better and every time I take a risk I am disappointed. Amazing to be so bad so often for so long. Wow. You never know if the drive thru will be open or you come to a sign saying to go inside. It is sad that I would rather go into Kroger and buy something for more $ just to avoid eating here.

the amount of times i’ve ordered from this store in the app, within their open hours, just to get there and have them be closed is more than the actual times i’ve been able to get food from them. they’re literally always closed early and don’t turn off their online ordering
Customer service is 5 stars. The employee who helped fix my order was super nice, understanding, and friendly. The food quality out of her hands is like a zero star. I ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich. Thankfully I started to eat it in the parking lot. As soon as I pulled the sandwich out of the sleeve it comes in, grease fell in my lap. And the parchment paper around the sandwich was covered and dripping in grease. Working in the food industry, I immediately assumed someone pulled the filet straight it of the fryer without leaving in in the basket for a few seconds, and not shaking the basket at all. When I went in to ask for a new sandwich, as I couldn't eat that greasy mess... the employee told me that was the "spicy glaze" that is oil based. Burger KIng, NO ONE wants their fried chicken covered in a greasy/oily "glaze" please look up what a glaze is, it's not grease/oil
Was refused to be served while employees sat in the window playing on their phones instead of serving or addressing customers. No phone would ring through to the store. Corporate is unreachable and franchise companies all deny being management for this location. Horrible place to attempt to get service.
This is the worst Burger King in the state. Don’t bother expecting to get the food that you order. If you go there, the order is incorrect. If you order food from there, half of your order is incomplete. If you call? No one answers. Don’t try to feed your family; because they will make sure not to be competent enough to fulfill an order. It’s not even a situation where you can chop it up to a bad day. Everyday is a bad day with this establishment. Why this location is still open is a complete mystery. The staff sits there doing god knows what, only to halfass everything they do. It’s insane at this point. If I could give negative stars I would. Ownership needs to change out the management because it’s been years at this point. Precovid this place was garbage and now it’s even worse. How is that possible. Do not go here. The staff is so incompetent that they can’t even complete an order. It’s disgusting.
This is the most terrible Burger King location I have ever visited. The big wigs should be hung from the nearest tree for endangering the safety of the public.
Hours are wrong it seems. Google says they were open until 12am, went to grab food after a long day at the hospital. Pulled up at 10 and completely dark closed down.
