The food arrived PERFECT! Top of the line sandwiches and salads for a small group of us. Fresh ingredients. Perfect flavors. Yummy stuff!! Finally made it back and still AWESOME food. Good take on greek classics like Gyro.

Went only for food because it was rated highly by foodies from the Lansing area. Food was horriblly over seasoned and cold! Service was horrible! Started with one waitress and ended with a different one. Had to cash out our food / drink bill with old waitress in order for the new waitress to get us a drink. Didn't get us napkins or silverware with our dinner. The food sat on the counter with people breathing all over it. Never asked us how the food was or if we needed anything else. Just horrible! We normally tip great. Sorry, you missed that boat.

Lou and Harry's has some great lunch deals. M & W a gyro with fries or salad the house salad is delicious!!. T & Th a burger lunch deal!! Highly recommend!!! Staff is friendly and attentive! Fun place to hangout, great music, and pool in the back bring quarters!Food: 5/5

I had a horrible experience. I was door dashing and witnessed a lady being harassed by it seemed a manager. We were both waiting for over an hour for our orders. She stated she needed to leave and what was going on with her order. The manager then yelled at this women and said “we are not fast food” the lady was polite and said yes I know this but it has been quite some time I need to leave. The manager threw her food on the counter as he was screaming at her to get out and never return. The women proceeded to ask for to go box and walked out. I felt horrible and no longer wanted to continue my door dash order. The women and her friend left crying. This was not appropriate by any means. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Great service, relaxed and professional atmosphere. Food is a solid 9/10 and service is one that other bars in the area should mimic. Cooks make great food, and the management is professional and knows the area is coming back stronger than before. Highly recommend to stop here and Download LineLeap to get in at your desired time.

The service was great and the food was very tasty but the sandwiches were mostly sauce and lettuce.

This place has amazing burgers, but twice now I’ve ordered the LouHa‘s Burger combo, only to get a bland item. No lettuce, no tomato, no cheese. I will not be giving this place any more business.

Lou has. Great night if you get here early. Early as in 6 am. I waited for 2 hours. 45 minutes right next to the door. New bouncers aren’t it. Wings are fire tho. Best I’ve ever had

Always a staple when we go see our daughter at MSU. Food is great, atmosphere is fun. Staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome

the bouncers and staff are ridiculous. paid $20 for line leap and had to wait 45 minutes as they let in the regular line in ahead of me. never coming back.
