Applebee's Grill + Bar

This is my favorite restaurant in this area. I tend to choose this one over the other locations. The food is always fantastic. Bridgette was my server, she was very efficient, happy and polite. She always kept checking to make sure i was okay and happy with my meal. Definitely will stick to coming to this location and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in EL!

Our waitress Bridgette was super friendly and very patient with my sweet great granny, reading her the menu and explaining menu items to her. She doesn't eat out often but when she does it's hard for her to know what she can and can't chew with her dentures. Bridgette was so accommodating and offered to take crunchy ingredients off Granny's order! We will be coming back and requesting her as our waitress! Wheelchair accessibility: We had no problem getting great grandpa's wheelchair in!

Maria is a phenomenal manager. Audrie is always prompt and attentive. Emma my bartender was extremely accommodating and understanding of my needs. Will be back tomorrow! Our waitress Jayden was awesome, 5 stars for her. Food was fast and mostly good. Cheeseburger, soft pretzel app and chicken penne was great. Onion rings were cold and a bit overcooked. Team members should help each other when busy. Bartender was great, 5 stars for her too . Management gets 1 star outta 5... Dirty silverware AGAIN this is a Health Dept CRITICAL violation. Teach better teamwork and wash dishes + silverware properly. Start evening shift crew before rush hour not during. 30% off on Monday for Vets is much appreciated, Jayden even thanked me for my service , good job . Update Veterans day 2022 Well done everyone, I upgrade my review to 4.5 outta 5 for this location . Clean silverware and awesome service + food + bar chats with guests so my visit was perfect. Arrived between lunch and dinner rushes. Even put steak on the free Vet day meal list. Had bacon cheeseburger and fries with a cola. Thanks for keeping "honor table" when other places would not sacrifice a table to do this. 5 stars for the bartender and crew during my visit.

We came in tonight , was greeted && brought to our table . The food was good drinks were great everything was to our satisfaction! What made the visit worth while was our waitress Bridgette. She was very kind && respectful introduced her self with a very welcoming smile ! Continuously checked on us made sure we got everything we needed && at a very good pace . I will definitely be coming back !

Bridgette was absolutely amazing! Great service, was fast with our drinks and continually checked in on us to make sure we were happy with our experience. Food was hot, we didn’t wait too long for it to arrive during a steady night. Can never go wrong with a burger and wings on game day.

Had a good visit recently and it was mainly in part due to Bridgette’s amazing service. She was friendly, held interesting conversations with our table, was fast with our food most important, and even got my babies some extra crayons. Would only want her to be my waitress from now on 9/10!

Sat at the bar and had a few drinks then ordered a meal. I got the 8oz steak and it was very good. Not steakhouse quality but I wasn't at a steakhouse so I was prepared for much less than I actually received. I can say that I would definitely order it again! The steak was cooked exactly as I ordered. Bar service was good and the atmosphere was great.

We went in for late night dinner 9/4/22- and had the best service from the bartender did not get her name and the best food we have had. So good we both commented on it when we left. The bartender gave 5 star service she timed our apps and meals perfectly and did not forget anything we are picky. If you are going anywhere off Lake Lansing check out this Applebees!!!

I brought my daughter here for our weekly dinner night and had the most outstanding waitress, Bridgette. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are smiling and enjoying their experience at Applebees, especially children. Very attentive, drinks were always full and food came out fast and was delicious . 10/10 recommend this restaurant. 1000000/10 recommend Bridgette for your waitress.
