Panda Express

My heart is so happy that they have VEGAN CHICKEN NOW! Not only that, but ORANGE!! It is so amazing- my new favorite fast food order is beyond orange chicken & chow mein. I am so glad to have more vegan options being introduced into large chains like this. This location was surprisingly clean and had great service surprising bc it is located right on the edge of campus where crazy drunk students like I did, as an alumni run around. I also got a veggie spring roll but it was only ok- would have been better with a dipping sauce.

The food is pretty much same old Panda Express, but if you're a late diner, you'll need more than a few fortune cookies worth of luck to get what you hope for. They stop cooking food like an hour before closing. So their posted closing time is basically a lie. You'll be lucky if they still have what you want. I can promise one thing. Whatever is left won't be fresh. If they gave a discount for the leftovers it might be worth it, but I'm tired of showing up at 8:30 to find they have nothing left that I want and walking out to find a different restaurant. Ignore their posted closing time. Come an hour before that if you want maybe fresh food.

Only rating this 5 stars so it sits at the top, for everyone to read. But, believe me if I could give this place 0 stars I sure would. Although the staff is very polite, the manager I spoke to tonight was not. Im a student at Douglas J and we get a very short break, and sometimes no break at all. Today my friends and I placed 3 orders, that were completely messed up and cold. After calling the store and reporting it to management he proceeded to tell us we could get one free plate of food. For the three boxes of food that we ordered that were cold and incorrect. He proceeded to fight with us, and then after going back and fourth we were told we could get our food remade. At that point we didn’t even want the food, definitely will be avoiding this location.

What happened to their ratios? Ever had beef and broccoli with 90% broccoli. Or noodles with mostly onions? Or chicken with mostly zucchini? Love veg but obviously things have changed. So sad.

Well they have this new steak dish in there that they want to charge extra on the meal but they won’t let you try it. How are you going to sell it? Been eating Chinese my whole life and this is now the ONLY Buffett style that does not let you try it before you buy it. After the nasty response I got from the BIG girl behind counter I didn’t end up buying food. I will go somewhere who provides good customer service and good food. Panda Express is a box store of Chinese. Just happened to be well place led for me to even stop tonight. I won’t be back.

The actual meal was good and tasted fresh a little on the pricey side but still good only real complaint is the egg rolls did not seem very fresh and too much ginger not to the point of being gross just a bit over powering as that is all I could taste was ginger

We've been to this location several times and the food and service has been consistently good! Entrees and sides are always hot and ready, restaurant is clean. This location is open for dining in.

The reviews are funny for this place. Come eat, don’t be complicated don’t try to sample a place that doesn’t do samples. Come on time for your pick up. I was about to enjoy my teriyaki. and they are all burnt! what a joke. and please stop to let your employees chatting to each other in the kitchen.
