Chipotle Mexican Grill

The last 3 times I've been to this location I have been dissatisfied. From not accepting cash unless it's exact only sign on that is one at the beginning of the counter that is so faded it's a challenge to read, to never having fajita veggies making the only vegetarian option beans, to today when I asked for chips and was told they are for "mobile order only right now". If I get food from this location again in the next year I will be thoroughly disappointed in myself that I forgot how ridiculous it is to walk into this store.

Food was good. Service was great. Handled 30+ orders efficiently. A couple ordered online to avoid in store lines. Had to wait over 39 min for food. Trash cans were over full when we arrived

If I could give a 0 star I would. I waited over 2 hours for my mobile order until they closed and told me to leave despite them consistently telling me it was coming out. Never got my food and completely wasted my time would never go here again and highly unsatisfied. The workers should be embarrassed for even working here -10/100

Do not order pick up from this location. The quality of the ingredients in the back kitchen is disgusting. Rice that is hard and tastes like it's 3 days old. Meet that tastes like it's expired. Gross is an understatement.

It's Friday night in East Lansing, around 7:30 p.m. and we come to Chipotle for dinner. We expect the line to be long and the restaurant to be busy, but tonight was different. As we approached the front counter to place our order, we notice several things that had a negative impact on our experience. First off, there was an employee behind the counter eating chips in everyone's faces. We over heard him complaining to other coworkers about "what am I supposed to do?". There was a young lady working her butt off trying to accommodate for the customers needs by: calling out refills, cutting chicken herself, and making the food all at the same time. Meanwhile, there's another employee standing right next to her not doing anything. When she finally stepped up, she completely made our orders incorrectly, clearly showing that she was untrained. When we finally get to the cashier guy eating chips, he tells us, after ordering chips and guacamole, that there are no chips. In addition to him exclaiming that the chips he was eating are not back there, he also had a disrespectful and condescending tone. Most of these issues are managerial in nature which made this the worst chipotle experience we ever had. We will not be going here again.

The chipotle near us was not doing mobile orders so we decided to make the 20 min drive to this one on a Saturday night. It was 8:30 when we ordered and it said it would be ready by 9. Online it said they were closing at 10. After driving there we walked up to the door and it said they were no longer taking any orders and the restaurant was visibly closed. We spent the next half hour trying to talk to someone but couldn’t talk to a human, only automated messages. Finally I was texting with an agent and they said they would refund us within “3-5 business days”. By the time we got the refund handled all other places were closing and we didn’t have time to go anywhere. Cant believe they had mobile orders still going if they closed early, it’s fine if they’re understaffed and have to close early but please turn your mobile orders off

This place is a mess. There's always only one person doing in person orders so it takes around 20 min to get through like 4 customers. They're always missing something. I've had times where they were missing guac, no cheese, no lettuce, and even no meat other than barbecoa. There was also a time where they only had online ordering which is perplexing bc I came at prime lunch hours. Most of the time their portions are very small too. They're lucky this is the only chipotle around otherwise I'm almost positive this place would be closing. Probably worst run and worst overall chipotle I've ever been to.

Veggie bowls with no veggies!! Ordered a Veggie Bowl with a coworker on her app and they forgot the fajitas on both of our bowls.Food: 1/5

Placed an online order, only 15 mins after the promised pickup time I get my food cold and nasty. Portions were half of what other locations give, ingredients were not fresh and straight up cold and nasty.i still like chipotle but will never visit this particular location.

We ordered online and everything was skimped on. Very unorganized location. This is the first time we use this location and not only did the orders come right, but we also paid for extra rice and other items but the bowls are barely halfway full.
