It's frustrating to get back from a burrito place where they can't even wrap a tortilla. This corporate spot is the worst QDOBA I've been to. If it wasn't right next to my place I would never come to this spot. The other side of town has a spot that's franchised and they're much closer to a 5/5 rating than this spot is to a 3/5. This spot is constantly understaffed, they open late and close earlier than the hours on the posted schedule. Some days they can't even open, because they don't have enough staff. Soda machine was also out of service today. New leadership is needed at this location, the current execution is terrible. This spot throws shade on the rest of the franchise. Do better!
Food was decent until we found this in one of our bowls. The food was still delicious as always but this was definitely a health hazard.Dine in: Yes
Good food. Usually do a rapid pick up. Its always ready on time and my order has always been correct.
I understand that it’s busy but the hygiene of the employees are absolutely disgusting. I’ve seen employees touch their pants and their face and cleaning products and directly touch utensils to serve customers. I actually came home and took a shower because the place smelled so bad and I think it’s coming from the pipes and pop machine. Also, the customer service is terrible and they’re rude for no reason. I will not recommend anybody eating here unless you want free salmonella because the queso was drenched in other meats that the girl ignored and continue serving me. Qdoba<Taco Bell
Gave a 1 star because of bad service but the corporate customer service reached out and made it right. I wouldn’t recommend this location but Qdoba is great.
Worst Qdoba I have ever been too. Guacamole was brown. My nachos had small hard things in it, dried cheese? Dried something, hopefully not plastic. Wilted/black lettuce mixed in with good lettuce. Yuck. Won’t be back here. I should also mention the girl running the cash register did not have her super long hair pulled back and strands of it were all over the counter where they were bagging food up, pretty gross.
I go there at 8:20 expecting them to be open since they close at 9:00, nope they were closed. I understand that sometimes you run out of food and close early, at least advertise that. This is one of many times that this has happened. Also charging $2.10 for chips is criminal, how are you going to go from having free chips to charging $2 for them, they are one of the cheapest things that you can make.

I was not impressed. Quite the opposite of what QDOBA usually does. The food was medeoker, the tast ....I am not saying it was bad,by no means,at the same time something was not QDOBA about the two bowls I bought. The herb white rice was just not the same. The brown rice that she said, was actually red Spanish rice. I don't know, may be someone is trying to get creative back there. They were completely out of few things on the table and fewer things being cooked i guess. There were lots of people working but there was no flow or order. Everyone was working hard but there was no orchestra or melody to it. I want to go back and try it again.
