Great park, nice playgrounds, great views from the water. Dress the kids for the water, bring the disinfectant wipes in case the kids pick up any shelled water creatures with the toxin warnings posted, be prepared for the steps that are sometimes pretty slippery down to the water and lock your car and take your valuables, we have been many times and pulled into spots with broken car glass all over from previous break ins. Also, not a great swimming hole with the rocks, they hurt the kids feet and when they attempted the shoes in the water they slipped on the rocks which they weren't fans of.

Love the beach access and all the trails leading to it. Go on low tide and see all the creatures and shells. They cleaned it up and the rocks they brought in are amazing.

Its such a beautiful park with playground picnic areas open fields forest streams trail system beach on the Puget sound. I saw a guy fly fishing for sea run cutthroat trout. The cliffs are an awesome geological study with glacial silt from the last ice age mixed with spots of volcanic ash .

Very nice park, amazing views, nice facilities. Don't wear your good sneakers, be aware of the poison oak.

Lovely short walk down down to a quiet beach. Beautiful views of the Olympics to one side and the state capitol in the distance the other direction.
