Off-Leash Dog Park

A great dog park with safe secure double-gated entries. Plenty of available fresh water and doggy bags in case you forget to bring your own. Two separate areas, one for smaller breeds and one for larger. They even have a bucket of dog balls for everyone to use. Lots of great pups and their people. Definitely a great place to take your pup 🐕.

Two large fenced fields one for large dogs and one for small ones. Both double-gated. Water and poop bags supplied. A couple of small trees have been planted. Once they are larger they will provide some much needed shade. It never feels crowded, but I've never been there when there were no other dogs to play with and owners to talk to. Family friendly although young children might be intimidated by energetic dogs rushing around off-leash. People are friendly and enjoy talking to each other about their dogs. This would be a 5 star park if it weren't so isolated and located on land adjacent to the old landfill and current county waste management and recycling center. It is the ONLY publicly owned place in the Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater area where you can legally allow your dog to be off-leash. And it free.

Place was awesome in size and location. My dog loved it, my car did not. Star docked for how muddy/swampy (like sink holes) it can get if it has rained and the smell of garbage in the air.

fresh water and water bowls, hose to rinse doggy paws, nice size fenced in areas. Small amd large dog sides... Properly maintained for Washington weather, sand area, bark to soak up excess water, big run area, tunnels, tables, on site toys provided too!! Bulletin board, posted dog walking services, lost dog tags and someone's keys were on the bulletin board, plus a lost pup pic. MY SAMOYED LOVED IT! He will be returning.

This dog park is one of the best that I personally have been to. My golden retriever had so much fun with the other dogs and lots of land to run about. So happy it's close to us ! There was a small dog and big dog side and access to water.
