Martin Way Mobile Home-Rv Park

Large, clean 55+ mobile/rv park. Mostly newer model homes, all well maintained, older or newer. Friendly residents were having a yard sale outside on large grassy area near Martin Way entrance several times when I visited. Attractive layout and landscaping at this mobile park, and I'm told the lot rent is very reasonable for those on a fixed income. A good choice for seniors looking for a quiet safe place with friendly neighbors. Grocery stores and Fast Food selections are a short walk away, several offerings available within 2-8 blocks of here.

I went to this manager about safety concerns for my elderly friends because homeless people have been sleeping outside their trailer. They are fearful. The Manager Cory immediately became unprofessional, defensive, loud and argumentative. I stayed calm. I let him know this is not an argumentative visit. He kept going on and on in a resentful manner about seniors. Cory does NOT like his job and it was obvious. This property owner needs to get a new manager.

55+ RV park, close walk to major stores, manager is great with people. Some older rigs but park is quiet and kept up.

Awesome manager, quite place, a little spend but great location ... everything you need is within walking distance.
