Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Large parking lot, lots of spaces, easy access. Mall is not that busy. Perhaps it was just the time of year after school started but the store wasn't particularly well stocked on my last visit.
Regular Bureau en Gros usually not busy most of the time
I visit yesterday waiting too long nobody help and when I ask again no one show up even the ladies show me the eyes and she told me after 15 minutes we have to finish our orders then we see you she was tottaly rude .I tell her atleast you have to answer me nicely and the senior lady told me I have to calm down even she talk rudely . So such a bad experience .I never ever go again. V v v rude staff
Not much staff here, the printing lab served 4 people behind me in line and interrupted my service to help some people coming back. Maybe it's my coloured hair or moccasins but I felt pushed aside. Once I was actually served though the new girl really helped me out. And even ran to the aisle to get the price on an item that wasn't priced properly. I also saw some cashiers playing on their phone and goofing off.
Despite back to school rush and dealing with various stock shortages, staff was super polite and tried their best to find alternativesand in one case save us money by setting something in our cart and pointing out an alternative. Much appreciated!
Good service if you are going to ship purolator, don't drop it on 6600 st jean , take it to bureau en Gros, and get yiur recipes.
I have been going there for many years and using all the services and making purchases occasionally and have been very satisfied with the products, price, and staff. They are usually very helpful when you can get their attention. But their newest hire Kimberly is by far the most helpful, and affable employee they have ever had. She is always very helpful and polite. Every time I go there it is a pleasure to have her help me and explain how to use the copy and scanning machine. Thank you so much Kimberly and Bureau En Gros for hiring her.
The store is easy to navigate and products are easy to locate, the only downside is how over-priced certain things here are ranging from binders to routers for anyone back to school shopping in a hurry, I definitely recommend this place
Crazy how some of the stationary supplies have gone up in price drastically. Watch the flyer for better prices.
Copy Center To be avoided at all costs. Do not bring your important documents to this bureau en gros. I was very clear about the importance and personal value of my document, a very sentimental likeness of myself and the kids that we got on a family trip, i even bought a tube from them to protect the image. I took a solid 5min to explain to the boy that was working there, how worried i was that the document would get damaged or lost. How i was hesitant to leave the document with them , i asked for the copy to be done on the spot, if possible , so that i could leave with the original in my hands, safe. But no, he assured me that my document was safe. I should have followed my instincts luckily i was smart enough to at least take a picture of it with my phone, at least i still have that. Somehow i knew!! Not only did they lose it, but they never called me. they had my document for 17 days at that point, they were supposed to call me within 3-5 business days. . So i called them, they told me that they cant seem to find it. They asked for my name, looked again, then told me its gone. Said they would get back to me in a little while and again left me hanging all day. So i was stressing all that day and through the night. They never called back. I had to go there in person. Now im losing my precious time running after people. The people working there are very young, probably don’t realize how important their job is, maybe were a bit careless and disorganized, i don't know?? As for the manager, he was an adult thank god and he gave my issue importance and seemed to take charge of the situation, but he promised to get back to me within 24 hours. That time has passed. No call. Maybe he will find it and save the day but i don't feel hopeful at this point…. Can you Imagine if they would have lost someone’s company charter, or birth certificate, or ownership papers for your property? Do not go to this business. Save yourself the stress and disrespect from these people. Find someone professional and trustworthy to copy your important documents. These kids will probably tell you that the dog ate it, just don’t expect them to call you and tell you. You’re gonna have to get in your car and go over there to find out. I hope this review helps to prevent another nightmare like mine. I will have to track down that artist and hope that he can create another beautiful portrait like the one Bureau En Gros LOST! I just lost hundreds of dollars because of Bureau En Gros, but im happy because it could have been much much worse. I learned a valuable lesson and shared it with other’s. My loss was worth it.
