I had a great experience at Structube West Island. I was really torn between two couches Klik vs Prince and an armchair Lina and uncertain about colours. Gloria was extremely patient and helpful, giving us some ideas about which colours could go well together for the couch and the armchair. The delivery went really smoothly - the couches that were available in store were delivered within a couple of days. The couch that was not available in store arrived earlier than planned which was a pleasant surprise! : All parts were there for the build.

The sectional we bought broke in 1 week. The replacement we got was 2 of the same piece, so there was no way to assemble it. Delivery is a pain because they don't deliver on weekday evenings, so we wasted 3 days in 3 weekends receiving, replacing and returning the sectional. We were patient with the employees, and while they were understanding, they don't have the ability to make up for the inconvenience this caused us. Overall: cheap made in China garbage that breaks, inconvenient delivery times, and poor customer service. Stay away.

I ordered some chairs with Structube and there were some issues with delivery due to low inventory. I had ordered them a while ago but I really needed to have these chairs which were not yet delivered. Not only was the manager Gloria super accommodating, but she was also very nice and helpful. She processed the return without a problem and provided excellent customer service. Truly nice to have an understanding manager who is willing to help the customer and ensure a positive outcome! Highly recommend!

Order chairs from them they forgot to add screws for the chairs. I worked with customer support and they assured me they were sending the screws. They sent me a single screw and have been awful to deal with. Quality is also pretty bad

I take back my 4 star rating. This is what I received and VERY disappointed. All 3 items had problems.. they should look into the company who actually wraps their furniture..

The furniture is scratch . 4 moths of waiting for a furniture all scratched , full price paid. Horrible costumer service.

Five years ago I had a bad experience when purchasing items not in stock and the date of arrival being moved up for months. Now I gave them a second chance and purchased a kitchen set in December and the date of arrival has once again moved. I’m not convinced this is strictly a pandemic issue but a company philosophy that believes it’s ok to deceive their customers. Maybe they use this method as a type of system to secure funds from customers so they can keep their company going just until we cancel and the next order comes in. Like the first order, I’ll be canceling this one as well. At least refunds are easy as all you have to do is go to the store and it takes 5 minutes at the counter. On the positive side the items I’ve manage to buy in the past were well priced and decent quality. Not worth the aggravation in general.

Disappointed they didn't have any sofa beds on display. The avanti is well over 3,000 and I would of preferred to looking at it and trying it out before making such a purchase. I'll try another Structube that has it on display. I don't justify paying a lot for something I cannot see with my own eyes and touch with my own hands.

Worst decision to buy at structure. They won’t deliver anything but to push your date of delivery don’t buy anything from them waste of time and money

Saw a few reviews indicating poor service. I in fact found quite the contrary. Super friendly staff and ready to assist with all questions. The store itself is small when compared to the head office on Autoroute 13 in Laval. I find the furniture to be somewhat cheap however if you like to change frequently, you will not spend much and won't feel so bad handing it down to Renaissance or such after a few years. We shop here mainly for decor & accessory furniture. Would not purchase main furniture pieces here for my home. Likely perfect for today's modern miniscule condos.
