After receiving very disappointing service at other bell stores, I was extremely happy to receiving exceptional service at this Bell location. Staff is patient and caring, I received incredible deals. Best Bell store by far.

They lie so they can meet their quota. I was told to come back in 2 weeks since they didnt have the phone I wanted and told me to take another phone until then just for them to say they dont accept it even within 10 days.

I was out of town and my grandmother received a bill over 200$ from Bell. I told her I'll fix it when I get home, but being stubborn as she always is, took a cab and visited this branch. Now to make it clear, this woman means the life to me, she raised me since I was a toddler; so naturally when I heard she went by herself at a Bell store I completely lost it, thinking she is going to come back home with who knows what since she is 92 years old (God bless her). Later that day, I found out they stood 2 hours on the phone fixing her billing problem, and not only that but they they've renegotiated her monthly fees bringing down her costs saving her 295$. To my surprise if that wasn't enough the director Jason, managed to teach my 92 year old grandmother how to use the Bell Remote app which is a miracle in itself. Anyway, long story short I went and saw these guys later that week and brought them some donuts and coffee from Tims as a thank you for taking the time to help out the woman I hold dearest. During my visit, I quickly learned what these guys have to deal with on a daily basis, and honestly I think Bell should double their salaries. 90% of clients that go there either want to fix their bell bill or have a technical question. As a sales professional myself I can vow that they have the ability to excel at customer care beyond normal expectations. I had the chance to see them in action. Yes, it can take time, but remember, if you do it yourself on the phone, not only it will take longer, but you will get a shittier deal (pardon my language). These guys will fight for you to get the best deals because they know how to talk to Bell Customer Service. When you call yourself you will end up spending more, understanding less, and you guessed it, losing more time. When you go to see these guys, treat them like you would your lawyer. They know all the loopholes and have your best interest. Thanks again for everything you did, I'll be coming for my new upgrade later this month!

Jason is great and Ariel as well they do all the time the best for the customer. They try to get the best deal for every customer and try to minimised the price and call bell for us and take out the charge that bell gave us.
