Visited Pointe-Claire store to have my in-ground pool liner replaced as the one I have is 15 years old. I had entered my information for a quote and was called the very next day. I was serviced by Paul at the store and was given great service. I am very excited to see what my pool will look like with the new liner.
Bought a pool Balneo 1000 and a 18’ above ground this summer. Spa has been replaced once and now is unusable yet again. Their promo cash back took 9 weeks to deliver, not 10 days like they say. In store, they’re useless. Save yourself the hassle and excuses, throw your cash out the window, much easier way to waste money.
After comparing aboveground pools with a few competitors, we decided to go with Trevi. The product was in our budget, the quality was great and the knowledge, honesty, and friendliness of our salesperson, John was A+++. He answered all our questions clearly and responded to emails quickly. In store, he showed us all the different features which helped us decide on dealing with Trevi. Thank you! Looking forward to our pool next summer!
Slow. Can’t analyze the salt content of pool water today. They rate pool protection as 5 stars on the water quality score but my chlorine was near zero. Don’t have the parts I was looking for. Poor inventory. Very big waste of time.
we had paid for closure and opening of our pool. it was a bit expensive but decided to have it done by professionals. that was a big mistake. they took the rubber seals from our heatpump. and did not supply the shock treatment at the open. basically, their idea of charging a huge price for opening the pool was to reconnect the pump and heatpump. that's it. needless to say, they lost me as a customer.
Whatever you do don't deal with Trevi for pool opening and closing, terrible customer service. The agents are extremely frustrating to deal with. In my case they made a mistake closing my pool and it's taking them over 4 weeks to come back i'm still waiting. PS cookie cutter response alert!!!! What a shame they can’t take the time to properly address me….this is in response to them addressing my bad review. It has nothing to do with installation, and you can’t blame weather conditions for over 6 weeks. I called again today and was advised to be patient, they are not doing my area at the moment and would be back in mid to end of November. Are you serious? What an awful experience. Please be very careful when dealing with them. If they end up making a mistake, you will probably have to wait 6 weeks for them to come back and fix a mistake they made. Btw I did email but it took me making a complaint for Trevi to finally acknowledge me. Terrible and shameful
Purchased an outdoor conversation set during their clearance sale and must say that the representative was kind, courteous and very patient with our multitude of responses. Overall a very good experience. Good selections at reasonable prices.
Ugh I hate going here. The staff are nice, if you can find one... Sometimes. You can bring your dog in, that's kind of cool. It's gross that all the employees hang outside and smoke.
Store was clean and lots of available employees to help. Needed a new pool pump; sales rep Paul was very knowledgeable about my old pool and on costs of running a pool with different pumps. Ended up going with a higher end model due to long term total cost of ownership. I will save money, simply because I bought from Paul &Trevi Pointe Claire.
Signed nearly a 6K contract and paid in FULL!!! with Trevi dorval for a pool liner change. Picked them only because they offered an earlier date of actual work than other places otherwise, prices were similar everywhere else. Come that day as indicated on the signed contract - no one showed up to do the work, no one has called or emailed us to inform of a delay. We sat home waiting for them all day! When we call to inquire what is happening and when the work will be done, we are constantly put on hold and then asked to leave a message which we did, without any call back to us. At one point, the costumer service person was rude, said they cannot help us and hanged up the phone!! Yes - just like that....Great service for 6K, isn't it? We still don't know what is happening ..it's been days. 1 star is far too much but we had to give it a rating to write a review.
