Pali Design Inc - Furniture For Babies And Children

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We like the crib and accessories but terrible customer service. Actually no one knows what customer service is. They deserve -5 stars. Please avoid at all cost going to this store. The owners should read the book "Delivering Happiness" by Tony Hsieh before serving customers. What a poor customer experience! I get better customer service from Wal-Mart. At Pali, after paying $2K for a baby crib, I get "F*** You" from their employees. I wish I have read these google reviews earlier.

Honestly, I had amazing customer service, I called and had made an appointment for a Saturday, but since I had a day off during the week i went! She even waiting for my parents and husband to get there! She talked with me, learned what i was looking for, made recommendations and i love that this converts for later on!! don't need to buy a whole other set for my little one! GREAT PRICES for such good quality! Even took a catalogue for my friend!

Love the crib. Unfortunately their customer service is awful and you will not get the answers you need. They have an extremely slow response time ( almost 10 days) to emails when they say they will respond within 48 hours. Then after I sent in credit card authorization form they never responded with a confirmation of it being received.New Crib ordered today being delivered on Tuesday :)

Very positive! I love the crib I bought for my grandson. I didn't want a crib that converts to other beds for later on. They had a classic crib on liquidation. I took it home and assembled the crib myself in record time because the holes and pieces were so beautifully tooled, real quality workmanship. I am so happy I found Pali on Hymus in Dorval. I'm a bit of a snob and a crib from Walmart, Target, or ToysrUs would not do for my grandson. But here I got top of the line for less than I would have paid at one of those big box stores. :)
