Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

No matter what I order it seems to have been sitting for hours. They never give you your sauces. Always forgetting sides. Too expensive to have this many issues with a single order. Got popcorn shrimp today and it’s literally just deep fried hard batter, there’s no shrimp in it?

Food is fantastic but service depends on the day. Most times the workers are very nice but other times I'd just rather not go. Received spicy instead of my mild regular order once and they don't organize the fries often, just poor it on everything else. Other than that I still go often. They also give you a lot of sauces unlike McDonald's.

I love Popeyes, I love it better when they have deals on their chicken only boxes. Not only was there no deals, I paid almost $25 for eight pieces of chicken only, and a small cup of mac and cheese. The chicken was overcooked and it seemed as if it was fried in old grease. The skin the best part in my opinion disintegrated in your mouth, it was gross, I threw out the whole box after trying to eat 2 PCs. I'm giving them two stars because I'm hoping the crew that was working that night was having an off night.

I ordered the family meal and requested thighs and legs. which they fid not give me although I paid extra for it. this is the second time and the first time it was spicy and I couldn't eat it. it was to late to take it back.Food: 1/5

I recently purchased an 8 piece spicy chicken. I found the chicken very hard and dark in appearance. Of course it could have been from the warmer heat lamp. Not like Popeyes chicken.

Absolutely amazing service. We had gone to Lee's earlier and got sticker shock on their prices. We got more food with friendlier staff at a better price. Loved the food and will be back soonRecommended dishesChicken Meal

Bought Neal's and a dessert but they waited until dessert was finished to give us our food. We could have eaten and then got the dessert. Have been waiting for more than 15 and all the food was there when we ordered.

Chicken tenders were rubbery, macncheese had large burnt chunck of cheese not edible. Samantha the front manager was very unhelpful, she gave me attitude as soon as i went to speak with her about the issues. She would not make anything correct. She walked away before i was finished speKing to her. Not a very nice employee. I will not be visiting this location again.

I was terribly disappointed. Normally I love Popeyes but this was bad. The service was slow. It took nearly 20 minutes to get my food and I was the only one there. The "homemade style" Mac n cheese was dreadful. Not going to that Popeyes again.

Messed up our order and pop tasted deluted. Only good thing is the manager replaced our drinks even though it still tasted wrong but whatever at this point and got us what we were missing. However, last bite revealed a long hair cooked in with the biscuit. Gross. First and last time eating at Popeye's.
