Rosati's Pizza

Beautiful Pizza! I seen from a while back they had a taco pizza on the menu, but ended up removing it from their menu. I'm not sure why. But I decided I should order a taco pizza and see if it could be made. I was right! It tastes the same from the last time I ordered it, absolutely delicious. This place has really improved from the last time I've ordered, been ordering here for years and they never doubted me. Full recommend giving them a second chance!!

We ordered a thin crust pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza tonight. It was excellent and the same quality that we've known for many years from this restaurant. We haven't eaten here recently due to all of the other options in the area but we will be coming back more frequently as they make one of the best pizzas in Waukesha. I really like their thin crust, double dough and Chicago style pizza.

Yum! Grab your Tums and a Calzone, ha. It was delicious and HUGE. Can easily feed 3. But it didn't, I ate it all and felt no shame.... well.... maybe a little, ha. But worth it.Food: 5/5

I stopped going to this place about 4 months ago. Today got a chance for a BoGo pizza. AND under new management, figured I would give them another chance. Well, sadly, new management does not mean new habits. I placed my order online at approx 2pm for a 3pm pick up. I ordered a 12" double dough sausage, pepperoni, and onion with special instructions of well done and extra sauce. I got to the store at 2:48pm and my pizzas were already done, and under the heat lamp. I asked what yime they got done at, and the reply was ohh about 10 min ago. At that time I asked the guy isn't 20 plus min early for a 3pm pick up too early? His reply was just a blank stare. Not even a hey ya you're right, or ya sorry about that. AND when I walked in, 3 guys were just standing around doing nothing. I have included a picture of my "Well Done Pizza" To end this, by the time I got home, my pizzas were done for 30 min, and only warm to touch to eat. VERY DISSATISFIED !!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH DOOR DASH! If you get to rosatis from Google make sure you select your delivery from the restaurant. My pizza was dropped or tossed or flipped or something. It was obvious when I picked it up from my doorstep that something was wrong. Door dash did nothing to help. I called Rosatis and he offered to make a replacement and have it delivered at no charge. Pizza arrived and it was excellent and hot like it just came out of the oven as always. Superior customer service and one of my favorite pizza places for years. Thanks guys! I'm sick of door dash, rely on your local businesses if you want good product and service. Rosatis is one of the best!!!

First time and last time ordering from this business. I ordered a simple pepperoni and extra cheese pizza. The delivery driver caught the first failure to prepare it correctly made sausage and pepp, informed me of an extra 45 minute wait to remake it. I then received a second failed attempt at a pizza with sprinkles of cheese on top None anywhere else and no pepperoni. 1.5 hours of waiting to pay for an awful sauce only pizza that will be going into the garbage.

Ordered a pizza and a meatball sub with side salad. Food was ok. Won't order the sub again. It was burnt on the bottom of the buns and I didn't get the salad, It wasn't delivered.

How to lose a customer over a side of Marinana: We have ordered from here multiple times over our years in Waukesha. Never once has the order been correct. It has become almost a joke in our house. BUT, they have never messed up my wife’s portion of the order. Tonight I ordered for the family as a treat. 2 large pizzas, an order of cheesy garlic bread with an extra marinara sauce, and an order of dough nuggets. The pizzas came earlier than the order asked for 6 pm. Showed at 5:45. Not a big deal. But they forgot the marinara sauce. Ok...it’s still early. Wife isn’t home yet. We can fix this. So I call, explain the problem. Twice. Was told they didn’t want to fix it. That a single order of marinara wasn’t worth it. “The delivery driver said he was too busy to bring it by”. Odd. A delivery lady brought the order the first time. So I explained that this was it. We won’t be ordering again. They have a 100% failure rate, and regardless of how much I like the sausage pizza we won’t be ordering again. Response? “Ok. Thanks”
