This kfc it’s terrible. How do you run out off chicken They are rude I never had anything. I came back on 10/04 and once again, they did not have a chicken pot pie I ordered the two thighs in the chicken is disgusting in the biscuit Is it hard! I’m so tired to come here and not getting what I want. The only thing good here are the chicken pot pies and they never have Them. I’m very disappointed. And another thing my dog won’t even eat the chicken!!!
Reviewing a drive-through experience during a busy dinner rush. I found the line to move slow and the lobby closed. It was clear to me from the cashier that they were short staffed. Much credit is due to the food quality. Despite this short staffing, the meat was cooked evenly tender and seasoned evenly too. Everything had the right texture flavor and tasted great. For my preferred meal of Nashville hot chicken tenders. I found that this location was remarkable for evenly seasoning the tenders. In this solitary experience, The staff did miss an item from my order.
I just got yelled at by some guy not even working the drive thru for placing my order before drive thru lady was ‘ready’. He snapped at me that I ‘needed to wait’ despite being told by I guess the recording to ‘order when I was ready’. No actual greeting, just being snapped at and also told they don’t have sweet tea which is on their menu. Completely unsettled by that first interaction, I do place my order with the lady and wait to then find out after they took my card for payment they don’t actually have the extra crispy chicken I ordered and were just subbing in regular chicken without asking. I told them no that isn’t ok I ordered the extra crispy for a reason and giving original recipe or dark meat instead isn’t ok. They should have told me before I sat there waiting. Completely over this ridiculous experience I made her give me my card back and told them to forget they order. I’m over so over people being rude because they don’t like their jobs. Turn off the recorded greeting and actually treat customers nicely. It’s not hard…
I see not only are there improving the restaurant they are improving the service. Food was good n prompt. The floor was a little slippery when I arrived from just being mopped however it was sticky on my way out and nothing was spilled on it another customer laughed with me in her way out that we were sliding on our way in and sticking in our way out. Maybe its the solution that's used on the floor not sure. Years ago when I came in the floors, seats, ceiling etc were nasty dirty even a little rotted etc n service was very slow rude n very unprofessional food always tasted old or just off. Today it was the complete opposite. Very polite and professional. The only reason for the four star was because of the floor. I don't blame the staff personally just hope they can resolve it. I understand there's a labor shortage but when there's employees just standing around and customers are backing up something needs to be done. I walked out after 20 mins of waiting for my order to be taken and another guy was waiting 30 minutes for his order to show up.Service: 1/5
Do not recommend dining in. The place is a hole. Completely disgusting and honestly I've seen cleaner nicer restaurants in the middle of the hood than this place. Not to mention they don't have mail and charge you extra for any condiments besides ketchup. I would avoid and go somewhere else. Food was hot and fresh.
Food and Service were very good. The only shocker was that we paid for a 12 piece bucket plus sides. Ouch!Food: 5/5
Ordered a 16 piece family meal with 5 large side and only reviewed individual portions which is great trying to feed 5+ people. The chicken seemed under seasoned and barely cooked to temperature. We got upcharged for mediocre disproportioned food. Then refused to answer the phone before closing.
no complaints. good food. fast service. don’t expect this to be a 5 star restaurant, its KFC.
Omg, we walked into the lobby, stood at the register for 7-8min and we were never greeted OR given an explanation that they were busy. We were completely IGNORED, and had to walk out UNEQUIVOCALLY these managers should be fired immediately... NEVER have I felt so disrespected walking into a restaurant. It's 24hrs later and I'm still extremely upset about this!!!!
