Amazing set up for hiking to the grotto, fresh drinking water at the trails start. Hiking Trails are mostly stroller friendly which is not stated anywhere. Greeted by a friendly park staffer, I think she took care of the area personally. Drove by campgrounds, sites are pretty tight together and exposed. Great for camping in groups. Yurts are positioned close together too.

Breath taking views, there's lots to take photos of. Their not so strict with their times during the spring. They allow dogs on the trail and the trail was well maintained of course. There's lots of rocky areas of the trail and side trails but it was easy to hop back on to the main trail. We would go again with children and good climbing shoes 👍

Wow I mean f***ing wow!!!! I did a cross country national park tour last year and this was by far my favorite park in the whole eastern part of Canada!!!! The grotto has breathtaking views, lake Huron has to be the most powerful and most beautiful large lakes I've ever seen!!! The clear blue color contrasted on the large round white rocks is a sight to behold and the cliffs are just stunning! The hikes are moderate to easy and well worth the time to check out!

So beautiful. We went the last week of April so it was still quite empty of tourists and we had most of the park to our selves. There was still a bit of snow on the trails but nothing we couldn't traverse. One of the nicest things in this early spring trip was seeing the forest waken with a sleepy yawn from its long slumber, swollen tree buds, glowing green moss soaking up the melting snow and crystal clear water. Most of the small towns around were still uninhabited by the seasonal influx of tourists which meant some motels and shops were closed but it was no big deal. We stayed at Habourside Motel which was awesome.

Tobermory is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited in my life. Not being dramatic and I've been to a lot of places. It was breath taking plus it's not to far away from Toronto which is surprising. I rented a kayaks with some friends and went for a journey around the peninsula to flowerpot island it was beautiful and i would go back again and again.
