Tickets were easy to book online. Was able to purchase am additional ticket at the counter for our large group. Free parking a bonus. Boat's glass bottom was super tiny. Better view from upper level, and Captain circled the wrecks a few times for all to see. Actual Flowerpot Island was a disappointment. 2 of the attractions (The Cave and the Lighthouse) were closed to public, and we were not notified until seeing the map on the island. Those were the only things we were excited about seeing (other than the flower pots).

Easy to book online, boats are spacious, clean and provide washroom and canteen. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and there are several locations to inquire information. Upon purchasing your tickets you receive free parking for the whole day on the day of your boat ride in one of their parking lots. There are several cruises to choose from to make everyone happy. The glass bottom is nice to see through but the water is so clear seeing over the railing is just as good.

There are three options available to visit flower pot island. One glass bottom boat or I will call this a slow boat with just two glass panels to see ship wrecks. Otherwise, just stay in the upper level and enjoy clear waters. Second is jet boat, and third is transition boat (basically for people who travel deviating from their itenary). I would say the boat company is as accommodating as possible. They say no bulk bags or coolers in boat but still accommodate if you request.. but the point is the island is very small and has Rocky terrain with very narrow path to walk. There are stairs up and up down to see flowerpots. Don't take strollers/big picnics.. just a backpack expect overloaded boats in sunny weekend days! Can't blame them as it's the overwhelming crowd that they need to accommodate! Overall they are good to try!

Very disappointing treatment from Amanda from the ticket/sales booth....... She simply lied to her GM Ashley about an incident with a coach driver, where all he did was to request a complimentary pass to the boat cruise, as it is customary by other great companies like Bruce Anchor, which is amazing.... Anyhow Blue Heron, I guess we will be taking our customers + business to the competition, since like Amanda, we have heard complains that your corporate culture does not strive on friendliness......

Terrible customer service, I would not recommend this cruise company to anyone due to how rude the young ladies selling the tickets are to customers. When asked where we had to go to wait to board the boat, they rolled their eyes and simply pointed in the direction without explaining how to get there. They also have a lot of attitude when they were asked the differences between the different cruises before we bought our tickets. They should have been trained better or get fired for their unprofessional and rude behaviour.
