Browns Socialhouse - Medicine Hat

I have been here a couple times now. The service is pretty good, servers have been friendly but a bit infrequent to fill drinks etc. Food has been good, but not great. Lighting is really dim. Overall a decent experience, but could be improved with a few more items on the menu and more attention.

Amazing, comfortable atmosphere. It feels like an old pub, but with modern food offerings and a great waitstaff. Our waitress was fast and professional, and answered my brother's questions about the menu quickly. All together, it was about 80 minutes for an entire visit, including dessert. I will absolutely be going back for another meal, as it's about average pricing for the quality of the environment. Not overpriced, but not budget either.

My wife and I each ordered a steak dinner. Hers was the one with scalloped potatoes and I had the one with pasta. Both meals were incredibly tasty and cooked to perfection. We started with the calamari which was also amazing. Our server was exactly what you hope for. Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Will certainly return the next time we're in Medicine Hat.

I always love it here. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and wonderful food all the time and their mojitos are excellent. Recently visited again and ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl and was very impressed with it. The mashed avocado tied it all together very nicely and the shredded nori seaweed was a nice touch that made me feel like I was eating deconstructed sushi. Would definitely order this again and will most definitely be going back to the Medicine Hat location. Don't forget to try their key lime pie!

Had the best server, sweetest lady named Kelly, she went above and beyond the whole length of our visit! Food was fast and delicious and amazingly priced for the quality! Will definitely be coming back!!

Rude waitress didn’t stick around to ask if we needed anything else as she dropped food at our table! She just ran off without a word. Had to chase her down for a glass of water and to order main entree. Then both entrees came separately! 30 minutes apart! She slammed them down and walked away not even looking at us! Please note we stayed quiet while all this occurred. Because we didn’t do anything to deserve this treatment. We were kinda shocked at her behaviour!

Omg ! Food is well worth of every penny. If I can give more stars I would. Service is great.I am so glad we have this high quality food at affordable price.

Never had a French dip before, but this was easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Got it with the salad. Almost fainted. So good.

the service, food, and atmosphere was all great! my server sarah was so friendly and helpful, and what i got the steak and pasta with garlic butter and a side of scalloped potatoes was so delicious i’m craving it again the next day! absolutely fabulous.

Great food, atmosphere, and staff! Would come again. Notable mention: Fresh squeezed Grapefruit juice.
