The service here was absolutely top notch. The team member that helped us was professional from start to end; she delivered our drinks and food quickly and made sure we always had what we needed. As an added bonus, the food and drinks were tasty and competitively priced.
Many ups & downs over the years at this location but went back to try again. Corporate menu larger but not all choices available. Way more expensive than I expected. I just ordered the classic chicken Caesar salad & it was good. The bread was great. Service was adequate, food was quick but no cooking was needed with my lunch. Not impressed to see children allowed in the lounge area. I would only choose to sit in an adult only section lounge? but that was not how they roll I suppose. I am not certain I would go back here.
I love Earls and have always had a great experience. I recently went to Earls for a surprise party. When we walked in I said the name of the reservation and how many people. again, I was with the surprise guest so this was very secretive The hostess proceeded to tell me she does not have a reservation booked under that name, but can seat me somewhere else. I booked the reservation in November and 14 people were already sitting at the table. She escorted us to a different table for 2 people, while walking to our new table I saw our group of friends waiting for us. I told her that this is a mistake and we need to be sat over there. She had no idea what to say and everyone was confused. Unfortunately at this point the surprise that's been planned for months was ruined as our guest now knew what was going on. Everyone else used my name for the reservation and got in perfectly fine, but the person who made the reservation.......... We still had a great time and the food was great, our service was fantastic! But overall I was upset that this was ruined by not even myself, but by someone who MAYBE booked the reservation on the phone with me..... no excuse as I called several times to confirm this was a surprise party too..
Food was too delicious. I loved their salad. Didn't enjoy buffalo cauliflower as much because it was too greasy. Over all it was a good experience.
Had a tough week so decided to try Earls for Supper on a Tuesday. Had not been there since they changed hands. Tuesday is 1/2 price for a bottle of wine. Good Start, and had a bottle of Quails Gate Gewurztraminer from the Okanogan Valley in BC. Excellent wine, my friend and I then discussed the menu with Jodie the waitress, who was always around but never in our face. Great Service. I had the 1/2 rack of ribs with warm potato salad and coleslaw. Meat literally falls off the bone and has a wonderful taste.
Amazing food. Beautiful atmosphere. Tables aren't all crammed together. Comfortable seating. Waitress was awesome, wasn't overwhelming and excellent service. I will be back again and again. Finally found my favorite place to eat in the hat!
We had a large group reservation here for 35+ and it was handled so smoothly!! Everything was ready by the time we arrived we pre-ordered, the wait staff were efficient and helpful, and the food was delicious!! Everyone’s order came out perfectly, and we are super grateful for how accommodating they are!! They were also able to accommodate my food allergies with great competence, which I so appreciate!! Thanks Earls!!

Always a pleasure to to visit, from friendly greeting at door to interactive be servers. Steak came tastefully prepared. It was very flavorful and tender. Service was very attentive. One of 2 top steakhouses
Called to book a reservation and Tyson was great to talk to. Wicked place to eat, awesome atmosphere, haven’t had anything but a great experience and meal here. Caesar salad is excellent, would recommend. 10/10
