Hamburger was very cold. Cheese did not melt inside it. Also, I ordered cheese sticks. They were also cold. Just fries was good. It was the worst Burger King that I have ever gone. I will never go there again. Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper.
The thin lady with orange and yellow reddish hair working drive through at 12:15 was extremely snappy about us just asking for some sauce, gave us lip about ordering from the passenger seat because she apparently couldn’t hear us. She got mad we asked for sauce with both of the chickens we ordered. Corrected us about calling them chicken nuggets instead of chicken fries. Every single time I come here she gets mouthy to me or has a condescending attitude and I literally have no issues when I order elsewhere as I’ve worked in the fast food industry. I know how people can be. But we did nothing to deserve your attitude. Maybe you should revisit your training and lean into the customer service part a little. If you hate your job get a different one. The way you speak with people matters.
Love their burgers however one tiny piece of wilted lettuce doesn't add to the taste. Went to the drive thru and asked for extra ketchup and got NO ketchup. Next time I'm going in to make sure it's done right!
This might be the worst fast food we have ever seen. We hope this place shuts down soon and stops ripping people off. This is there premium crispy chicken sandwich, tastes about 2 days old. Food is cold and pathetic.
I usually don’t write a review but this is the third time of getting such a bad service. I ordered at the drive thru and asked for low-carb chicken sandwiches and asked for sweet and sour sauce. But I got bun sandwiches and I told the lady that I ordered low carb. She said you didn’t say that and came back with attitude to hand me my order. That lady with purple hair is always rude and unfriendly. When I got home and checked the food, there were merely 2 3 chunks of lettuce and no sauce. When I told about this to the manager on phone, she wasn’t ready to accept it and didn’t apologize once. I was surprised. If the manager herself is like this that’s why that purple hair lady doesn’t care about the customer service. So disappointed. Will never go back.
Burger patties were under cooked, it was cold. Drinks was so much watered down it was crazy, the ice tea was just water the fruitopia was the right colour but tasted just like water. It was by far the wurst burger king I have ever gone to.
Usually I have a good experience at the restaurant but recently I had a bad one. Basically employee working night at the drive through charged me for 3 items when I ordered 2 of them. It would have been okay if I got the item but I didn't so it's a bit disappointing. But other all times the service was good.
The food were not to expectation. Patties were under cooked, drinks was water down. Worst experience I ever had at burger king.
It was great to be to find a place to grab a bite at almost 10 pm on a Tuesday night. I ordered a whopper with cheese, extra pickles and onions. I went with mozzarella sticks as the side along with a large coke. I'm guessing the place hasn't been here that long as I don't even remember seeing it the last time I drove through here. What I can say is it was clean, modern. Food was on point, staff was friendly considering I come waltzing in the door right before closing. LOL!
I ordered a chicken nuggets meal with a large fries and bottle of water to drink ! We notice when i get home that they only give us a small fries, i phone them ,and ask them about it ! But the girl who answered the phone said i need to return it but it late already and a waste of gas ! They can just say sorry about ! It . But the girl is rude .
