Stopped in Thursday night around 9. Ordered double with fries and pop. Added a small blizzard. Order was ready and walked to counter. Tried a couple fries and noticed they were not hot. Asked for some more fries but hotter and they arrived hot and fresh out of frier. The burger was cold. Fresh beef but been sitting too long. By the time I started to eat frosty it was almost like chocolate milk. The garbage was full so left plater with garbage on the top of garbage container. Maybe bad time to arrive but still should be fresher and hotter.
Bacon Mushroom Melt. 8.50 For a single burger...the size of a small burger almost anywhere else. Barely any Mushroom cheese sauce. If I hadn't lifted the top bun off I wouldn't have known there was anything on it other than cheese slices. I think its time to stop restaurants from skimping and putting as little as possible on burgers. I realize that making something look like the picture may not be entirely possible.... but they're not even coming close to making it worthwhile. I returned the burger and got my money back. Wendy's is getting worse and worse. Maybe I'll visit there again in the future but I doubt they'll do any better with the rest of the menu. Plus, why are there 2 drive thru windows when they only use one? The person taking the money is the same person giving you the food. They actually tell you to stay at the first window and not pull ahead. Not saying it happens but the person could be taking cash and then handling food?
Counter staff is extremely rude. I was missing half my order the guy at the counter started swearing at me under his breath while getting the rest of my order together after telling me I didn't order drinks or fries even tho my receipt clearing showed I ordered combos and a side of chicken nuggets.Food: 1/5
Very hit and miss. Come here after work decently often, but tonight’s experience was awful. Ordered a double hamburger, with very specific modifications. Was given a chicken sandwich, with blackened, burnt bacon. Not only was I given the wrong order, but the food I was given was almost inedible.
The food was actually good but the front staff was so difficult to deal with. Asked for a water and she scoffed at me as if it’s a problem? Didn’t get fries cause I confused her asking for a combo with a water but that wasn’t even the problem. Just her attitude sucked

Good food, great staff. Was served by Alison and Carson today, and both of them gave me exceptional customer service. Toast to those two, at the least.
Fries were nice and crispy, and had the perfect amount of salt on them. I had ordered a No. 7, Classic Chicken Burger, was very tasty, crispy, and delicious. This is one of the best fast-food, restaurants. Except for the plastic straws, those are disgusting.
Friendly staff, the person that took our order was probably the most attentive I have seen for a long time!Food: 5/5
