Rosewood Bistro

First time visit. We chose inside for the interesting seating and the matching music. We did have a look at the patio, a great spot. Could use some foliage. Great spot not on the road. We enjoyed iced tea refills and water with lime. The Rosewood burger is ridiculously fantastic hand pressed Douglas meats supplies, and a Greek salad, I couldn't get enough! The other dish was the Roast beef Panni, with the beet salad, it was delicious, it was a little hard to grip, so be ready. Lol. But delicious to the last bite. The menu is large enough that we can go back several times through. And with a bar if you are in mood the drinks menu is a fine choice. Service was great, engaging and an excellent resource, need to make time for a brunch! Highly recommend, so make your way towards the flats and take a break from downtown.

Absolutely wonderful! The roasted red pepper soup and beet salad were both delicious as is everything I have ever ordered there. The service is impeccable! The atmosphere is cozy with beautiful live music in the background. It is the perfect place for a romantic night out. The owners are a wonderful family that take the time to speak to their guests. LOVE IT!!!

Great hidden gem we came accords travelling through — particularly love their decor and fries!

Went to a special Seafood night event with friends. We had eaten at the restaurant the previous weekend and found it very good. We heard about the Seafood Event and made a reservation for 4 to attend the next weekend. The service was friendly and prompt, and the meal received was excellent. It included a lobster tail, fish cake, prawns and coconut shrimp with mixed vegetables consisting of peppers, squash and zucchini. For me I am not into those type of vegetables, but there was no alternative so I just left them on the side.

My friend and I just did a course on how to cook Indian food. By far the best cooking class I've ever attended. Sourav and his son did a great job of teaching us how to cook the food, adjusted on the fly to accommodate different wishes of the students, told all sorts of interesting stories and gave us more great hints than I could count. At every point, he was eager to answer questions and help us understand. And, just when it couldn't get any better, the time came to taste the food! It was absolutely delicious and there was SO MUCH OF IT! My friend and I both left with at least one or two more meals in takeaway boxes.

Back in town for a week and some family suggest Sunday Bruch at Rosewood and I was up to see a new restaurant - I was really impressed by the well assembled eclectic interior; service was attentive and very helpful; and it is great to have an option for breeky that includes a couple small pancakes. I wish them the best!

Warm, friendly atmosphere and the food is absolutely delicious. It's my new go-to place for comfort food. Even my hubby, who's typically very picky and rarely raves about restaurant food, loves Rosewood and has asked to go back multiple times. We can't recommend Rosewood enough!

This place has the best tasting food for a sit down restaurant. Wow. Everything is sooooo fresh. Great menu selection, great service and casual atmosphere. The prices are extremely reasonable. Highly highly recommend.Food: 5/5

I was told to expect greatness; greatness was exceeded. The pasta was phenomenal, not to mention the general experience. Lots of decoration, nice open view of outside; I’d certainly eat here again.

Fantastic out of the way bistro, locally owned with a very casual vibe. Sunday brunch offerings were varied and reasonably priced. Server was friendly and checked up on us throughout our meal. Would absolutely recommend.Food: 5/5
